The location of this hotel is a perfect spot. Close all amenities. BTS Buses shopping centres. There’s also a very Good Thai restaurant on the Corner of Alway Soi that is excellent.

My number 5 stars goes to Thong Reception manager and his Team of helpers. I have never meet front desk person like Thong he has limitless energy and enthusiasm professionalism for the job. Wee the was also Excellent extremely friendly and polite with a constant smile

Dat de douche na 1,5 minuut ijskoud werd. Dan heb je 1 min weer heet water.

Great location- Just 1min walk from Nana BTS Station, great staff, great amenities. Enjoyed every second

They don't provide free drinking water all over Thailand. Not sure why. Hotels should provide purified water without any charge as it's basic necessity

Tay müşterisi çok az olmasına rağmen tay yemeği ağırlıklı ve onüç gün kaldım gergin aynı kahvaltı çok kötü idi yiyecek hiçbir şey bulamıyorsunuz lezzet yok

The water pressure in the shower of room 1209 was not good. That needs to be looked at

Good location nearby to BTS station

This used to be the excellent Grand Swiss hotel before it was taken over and "renovated". It used to have tastefully designed and comfortable rooms. I used to be a regular guest and I was absolutely horrified to see what they've done to the place.

Location

I was scammed by receiving a mail from the hotel and they refused to take responsibility or refund the money saying that it is Booking.com issue, not even trying to be courteous by providing a better room or reducing the cost. Even when I requested for one hour late check out, they refused. Room is very small, no window, very noisy and completely different from the photos. I come to Thailand every 3-4 months and this is the worst experience I have ever had and won’t recommend staying at that hotel again.

It would be fair to communicate clearly in advance, that some of the ,rooms' don't have a window, not initially at their reception desk.

Great Location, value for money.

The noise at night coming from the bar next to it. Breakfast menu almost same on each day and less choice.

The staff at reception are the best! Super polite and accomodating. Thanks to K. Tee, K. Esther and K. Tong for the elevated service, it really impressed us!

Best location in Sukhumvit 11, close to Nana BTS station and surround with restaurants and convience stores. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Staffs were very nice and friendly. Surely come back for my next trip!

Lage ist gut, mitten drin im Spektakel. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Ausstattung war gut.

Badezimmer hatte keine abgetrennte Dusche, somit wurde alles nass beim Duschen. Aus der Decke tropfte Wasser, so dass es auch ohne duschen eine Pfütze gab. Treppenhaus war sehr abgewohnt. Größte Problem war jedoch der Lärm. Unten im Haus ist ein Club/Bar und in meinem Zimmer war nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Die ganze Nacht bis 4 Uhr morgens laute Musik. Ich bin ja selber gerne feiern, aber im Hotel sollte es schon theoretisch möglich sein zu schlafen.
