Interior is very dated. Shower is badly designed and not properly cleaned. The first room had a strong bleach smell and the reception wanted to cover it up by using a spray. Receptionist was short and unfriendly

The room had so much noise, stupidly loud, I’m not sure if it was electrical, the air-conditioner fans, or water pipes - but if I didn’t have to get up early for the airport I would have demanded a refund, left and found another hotel!

Great location only about 100m from the Ploenchit BTS station. Only 150m from a 24hr 7-11 convenience store. Very nice front desk staff.

I can't believe we were put on the smoking floor! The room smelt horrendous, the lobby smelt of cigarettes and weed.

Breakfast spread was decent - a good variety. Room was spacious, shower was amazing. Conveniently located next to BTS.

Comfy & cozy room. It exceed my expectation when me and my friend arrived at the hotel. The receptionist greets us in a good manners ♥️

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good

The WiFi was pretty much unusable in the room and was pretty patchy elsewhere in the hotel. If you need a reliable WiFi connection stay elsewhere. Also, the bed was too soft. However apart from those issues it was very good. If you don't need WiFi and like a soft mattress I would recommend it.
