Lovely spot so convenient

Very Convenience and comfort easy to get around.

The staff were pleasant, friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean, large, with a lovely view. The swimming pool was good.

There was no walk in shower, it was over the bath and not easy to get in and out of.

The fitness and swimming facilities are excellent and well maintained. Very nice location, close to the parks, shopping and restaurants. The staff, especially Mr. Paul, were very professional and friendly.

Pool was large. Gym was good. rooms were comfortable. Helpful staff.

Breakfast could have been better with changes instead of the not so great vegetables being the same everyday.

Everything else

Having to pay 2500baht to check in early. Aircon far too loud.

Kitchen

Spacious room with good air conditioning, small kitchen and a washing machine. Breakfast and evening meal options are limited but adequate. Area is interesting with a park in walking distance.

great room and good breakfast . Mew and Peter from reception where great they changed my room to tower 1, where is pool and fitness room in 10 min, just great service of them, thank you again. Also Tum, Carrot and Tung, are perfect staff congratulations. breakfast was ok in the restaurant.great hotel, quiet big rooms, with lovely staff and superb pool and fitness with sauna ans whirlpool

It was very central to area

going from one building to the other - however we know its only for short time

The room was big and the staff was great.

The bed was extremely hard and the hot water in the shower came and went multiple times during every shower session. The air conditioning was not very good either.

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Grocery shop in the tower. Clean bathroom.

Information about the tuk-tuk and additional services was not widely promoted
