Amari exceeded our expectations and was a very good value for the dollar. Breakfast, both the hotel-wide buffet and the club level made to order, was wonderful. The variety of items was incredible. We had a gorgeous meal at the Thai restaurant. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with our 3 grade school aged children, one slept on the sofa and everyone was comfortable. Our room was amply sized and we loved having a laundry machine in the room. There was urban noise, but we were in Bangkok during Songkran so the area was more “happening” than usual. The thick glass and blackout curtains kept it muffled and easy to sleep through. The luggage area was quite large and nicely designed, I hate when there is no where to put your suitcase. The staff was gracious and helpful. The mini bar was all soft drinks and a handful of Thai snacks that were all included—I love that so much, a true convenience for a nibble and beverage. All in-room requests were attended to promptly. We would stay there again anytime!

Honestly we fully enjoyed our stay, could not think of anything missing. Oh! No forks in the kitchen. But I’m sure we could have resolved that in a matter of minutes.

Отличный отель в самом популярном месте Бангкока. Мы многократно останавливались в разных отелях этого района Рачадамри и Сеntral World(Berkeley, Holiday in, Central Grand Point и др.). Но этот отель нам больше понравился: отличные и разнообразные завтраки, прекрасные условия для физических занятий по утрам, уютный и удобный бассейн(в т.ч. и для маленьких детей), близость крупных торговых центров, обилие различных кафе и ресторанов вокруг.

Нашу дочь не пустили в самолет из-за срока действия паспорта(тайские пограничники депортируют пассажиров, если до истечения срока действия загранпаспорта остается меньше 6 месяцев). Рассчитвыали на возврат оплаченной для нее сумму проживания. Но компенсации не было. На двоих вышло даже чуть дороже, чем за троих. Но плюсы отеля нивелировали эти моменты.

Great location and very friendly staff. Their Italian restaurant is an excellence. Easy access to night market , shopping malls (Siam Paragon is 20 min walk ) and for sightseeing.

You need more patience to get a table at breakfast , it can be up to 25 minutes (in our case) .

We really liked the large room, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Great location right opposite Platinum Mall. Walking distance to good restaurants.

The carpet could have been cleaner. Long line for breakfast.

המלון מוזנח וישן בכלל לא מלון חמישה כוכבים ריח של ביוב בלובי ניסו לשפץ חלקים מהמלון וכיסו אותם בעבודה בגמור גס בשטיחים ובאריחים אבל זה לא זה בחרתי במלון בשל הציון הגבוהה שלו ובשל המיקום המיקום היה ממש נוח המלון עציו לא חמישה כוכבים בכלל החדר היה טחוב עם שטיחים מסריחים אבק שלא נוקה במדפים ארוחת הבקר עשירה אבל לא טעימה ולא נקייה והיגינית הצוות גס רוח בקבלה בקשתי לעזוב לאחר שראיתי את החדר הם סרבו אבל זה קרה לאחר התערבות של בוקינג בכל מקרה הביקורות פה מטעות מאוד זה לא שווה את המחיר וזה לא מלון חמישה כוכבים

Ce n'est pas un breakfast normal, c'est carrément un brunch !!!!!!! C'est vraiment ,pour nous français, le top du top. Plus que ça, ce serait du gâchis !!!! et cela fait 25 ans que nous venons en Thaïlande , toute la Thaïlande du nord au sud et nous avons trouver l'Amari Watergate il y à 10 ans et depuis, chaque année (sauf période covid) nous faisons systématiquement un séjour d'au moins 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Idéalement placé (quartier Pratumnak,) pleins de marchés de jour comme du nuit au pied de l'hôtel et en plus, face à Platinium,( genre MBK) . Si vous avez la possibilité, prenez les chambres du 32 ou 33 ème étage...... (le max étant 33 )

Que la piscine ferme à 22h00 !!! Pas pour se baigner, mais pensez aux fumeurs ...oops par mesure de sécurité, ok pas la piscine, mais au moins la terrasse opposé , c'est beaucoup plus agréable que de sortir dans la rue et fumer sur le trottoir devant l'hôtel.
