It’s a night mare to get to, no direct access by road, unless you are local to the area and know the roads. It’s situated on a very difficult access one way street. There is on street paid parking, but staff tend to direct you straight to the nearest Q CAR PARK, which works out about £18.00 per day

Clear direction to the property, would have helped, there are zero facilities, no bar restaurant.

I liked the effort to get a handwritten letter to you personally at arrival from staff. Room was very quiert as we had room towards the backyard as in the nights it's very noicy in the evening in this area :) You have also a good free wifi so I was able to stream from my phone to Samsung TV to watch. Good security with checking in the night that you have a stay at the Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room we booked had only access to bed from one side but we new when we booked this as a cheaper room.

Good service, nice modern apartments. Central location. Good sound insulation. No breakfast, but lots of cafes near by. Good ventilation in the room (just remember to turn it on).

A lot of bars quite close by, not a problem for us but it gets more busy at night and might not be as nice for families with younger children. The room was quite small. Can always be cheaper, hotel rates are going crazy.

Great location and very tidy. Beds were so comfortable and complimentary drinks were great.

Wooden beams in the room were a bit inconvenient for space.

Location. Couldn't get more central to everything. Room was fantastic. Air conditioned. Fridge. Coffee machine. Large TV.. fantastic shower. No complaints. Highly recommended
