The location of this hotel was excellent, as was the staff. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and two tv's (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) were great. The wifi was also fast and the swimming pool was great. All in all a great place to stay for our family holiday.

If there was one comment it would be more variety for breakfast, there were only 3 hot options and the cold options were the same every day.

Location is good in the middle of Orchard Rd.

The shower was mouldy and not just a little bit. It looked like it had not been cleaned properly in many months.

The property suited us perfectly right next to the train station and attached to the shopping centres , couldn’t have been better situated for our needs , definitely come back next time we’re in Singapore.

A wonderfully helpful and caring staff supported us throughout our stay, for which we are very grateful. An outstanding level of service - 5 stars!

The crew at the hotel is very polite and absolutely kin in offering a great customer service to the guests, my special thanks and greetings goes to the reception personnel, restaurant (were very helpful regarding our allergies) and house keeping crews, all amazing professional people.

The suite is space-full and clean, a very plus point here, though unfortunately the bathroom is a bit outdated and the plastic from the shower door is stained (pictures in attachment), also the wooden floor from my room was not 100% ok. - I stayed on the 5th floor, the views are totally blocked, I only saw a wall of buildings both sides (living and bedroom areas); - Quality of the breakfast: absolutely repetitive, very few options in general: for fruits only watermelon, grapes and bananas - such a shame for Europeans heading to a tropical country and longing for fruits (so many options of fruits could have been offered for the guests!), only 2 variety of cheeses (Swiss and Camembert, both very strong options for a breakfast, I suggest cottage, mozzarella, more mild options for in the morning), two savoury bread options (white and whole grain sliced bread), coffee from the machine (the expresso is like a normal coffee, so not strong at all); - The toilet paper is horribly thin! if its a “saving money” point from management, they probably spend the double in amount of papers they have to distribute to the suites, then if they would just provide a normal quality toilet paper; - Payment is beforehand (so you don’t pay when you check-out but when you check-in); - Booking.com mentions the payment value being “approximate” (probably because the exchange rate varies daily) but in my case it was 98,45 Euros difference (plus, of course)!! - You’ve to you sign a contract that mentions that in case you catch COVID while staying there, you’ll have to pay an extra 200, Singapore dollars for them to deep clean the room (strange contract term for me as I expected the room to be already deep cleaned before anyone check-in to a room). My overall conclusion is that for the very expensive price you pay (and beforehand) to stay at PanPacific, you can find a more luxurious version paying the same (or less) amount. I paid 2091,45 Euros for 9 days.

There are small black flies with wings on toilet ceiling, told the front desk, they done something but still cannot solve the fly problem..rediculous hygiene, if I wanna see the black flies I might ask well stay home with the window open. 2nd bedroom wall is so dirty and we had to ask housekeeping to wipe for us and it go off. So the issue is consistency of housekeeping is not thorough.

Great location.

Breakfast servings were limited and of poor quality. The room was far too cold despite increasing the temp'. The fan was far too high. Internet was terrible. I was shut-out 5 times in one Zoom meeting.
