Very convenient situation, close to everything, very helpful staff.

We ended up on a smelly smoking floor. Make sure that you verify at check-in that your room, and the entire floor, is non-smoking !!

位置真的很方便~京都車站共構~也就是樓上，真的交通位置無可挑剔~太方便了

也是因為車站旁~有新幹線、有鐵道、有地鐵、24小時會有列車經過~若在意有點噪音的請注意~即使已經在11層高樓都還是有平面鐵道列車經過噪音

Fantabulous. The location is 100/10. Straight into Hotel in Kyoto station. Taking trains to Tokyo Hiroshima Osaka was a cakewalk. Stayed for 4 nights.

昨年に引き続きの春の京都旅でしたが、ホテルのスタッフのサービスは変わらず、最高でした。昨年は母のバースデーで、今年は息子の高校合格祝い。 いつも、嬉しいお祝いの傍らに、グランヴィアがいます。プレゼントのサプライズも、嬉しい。

駅近なので濡れずにチェックインできるし、荷物も預かってもらえるので、観光に荷物なしで行けるのでとても便利

これはホテルの防音の質のせい？なのか、 上下左右のどこかの部屋の宿泊客が、たまたま騒がしい方だったらしくて音が響きました。 あと、備え付けのデスクライトが角度を変えても動いて下がってしまうので、デスクワークがちょっとしづらかったです。

The Granvia Club and club floors make the hotel great value. Without the club experience and club floors the hotel relies on location. The big star of this hotel are the staff who are do professional it runs like clockwork. It's a reminder of why Japan has overtaken the Swiss in hospitality leadership and training.

Very comfortable hotel, worth the money. Good breakfast as well. The location is superb as this hotel is located on the central Kyoto train station. Many restaurants are walking distance from the hotel.

Very well located above the railway station. Excellent views from town and surrounding mountains. The room we booked was ample and very comfortable with great quality details. The Granvia Lounge was superb in all senses. Wonderful views for a trainspotter, with amazing quality staff members and superb snacks for a deserved relaxing evening. Great atmosphere.

Amazing huge hotel with lots of restaurants, conveniently placed in the Kyoto Station building. Cannot ask for more!

It’s in a great location, attached to Kyoto station. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast has a good variety of western and Japanese options.

No complaints at all.

値段の割に広い部屋だった

宿泊税が必要とのことでチェックイン時に払おうとしたら、チェックアウト時と言われた。チェックアウトを９時過ぎにしたが窓口が3箇所。そのうちの2箇所を長々と掛かる人が占有。税金支払いのみの人が長時間待たされた。わずか４００円の支払いに無駄なこと。客がチェックイン時に支払うと言ったら徴収してもらいたい。

朝食も美味しく頂きました。利便性が良いです。
