Great place to stay. Clean and tidy plus quiet location by Auckland standards.
Only downside would be the beds - they are rock hard. Time for a replacement plan I think.

Really nice staff and good rooms, and the bathroom was good.
They just needed to replace our toilet paper for the second night, as we had only had 2 rolls for two days.

More prompt staff, place felt a bit tired and needs some brightening up. A lot of money for okay, not brilliant, accommodation.

Just little things but no milk supplied, plug in bathroom sink not working and wrong key for the door.

Location, clean and freshly updated rooms with plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again.
Some maintenance such as light bulbs over the bed - only 1 of 3 working. The plug in the basin was slow to drain so needs removing and cleaning. But apart from that nothing bad to report at all

I felt really unsafe with the broken window catches that couldn't be shut properly.
