ホテル内が清潔に保たれていて、スタッフの方も説明が分かりやすく対応も丁寧でした。とくに挨拶が気持ちよかったです。
アメニティも環境に配慮されている取り組みをしており好感が持てました。
朝ごはんも１箇所だけでなく様々な様式で選べたので楽しかったし美味しかったです。
チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって頂けたので身軽に動くことが出来ました。
エレベーターが初見分かりにくかったので誘導して下さるスタッフさんがいて下さるとありがたいです。
朝ごはんのビュッフェでコーヒーマシンが1台しかなく結構混んでいたのでもう1台あるといいなぁと思いました。

They still had central heating on that wasn’t adjustable to cooler temperature. The whole of our stay it was 27C in our room. The only thing they told us to do was to turn off the central air and open the window—which was only about 8” wide and 30” high.

I like the hotel and the staff were nice , the only thing is if you’re gonna swim you must bring goggles and cap , if not you must rent them there , kids are not allowed to swim … didn’t like that either cause I’m traveling with a toddler , everything else was ok

We had to shorten our stay to one night when we realised that there is no longer airport bus service! WE stayed in this hotel because of the apt bus service, but this has been discontinued since Covid.
Do take note esp if you have old n young traveling together.

The staff who can speak English was very helpful since the day I have arrived at the hotel until the day I checked out. He helped me set the navigation system from the hotel to the other hotel. If I have a chance I will come to this hotel again.

Rooms were spacious.
Shopping district and access to the subway is a 10 minute walk away. Wifi access was slow and kept going down. This was eventually fixed by the technical staff who added another router in our room.

The hotel was Clean and the staff the service were amazing,vey approachable..
the refrigator was so small..there's no microwave in the room we rented..as family with a baby it was not helpful at all..

The pillows are not the most comfortable pillows, it seem that they are just throw pillows. They are too small, and way too soft.
The pillows and the temperature comfort inside the room is not working well.
