Staff was friendly and curteous.
The air conditioning didn't work. We had to use fans to cool down. The hotel was "old" and not as clean as I would expect a Best Western to be in Japan.

The property was near to everywhere. It is located at the heart of Nagoya. Night life also is just a walking distance. The last time we went there were given a nice room with the nice big window.
I didn’t like our room last time, because it was dusty and the bed was uncomfortable.
The room kinda dark too.

I liked the location.
The room was not what we expected, what is shown in the pictures vs the actual room is different. The room was not properly ventilated, there was also dust everywhere. The toilet also had an odor.
