We were there during winter. The heating was too warm it was pretty uncomfortable

Breakfast was great, a good selection for the Australian palate.
Information, including available tours, in English.

This place has probably the best facilities in the area.
1. The breakfast buffet needs to improve its quality.
2. Some guests were partying late into 1am so it was incredibly noisy but the staff did not take care of the matter swiftly. I’m sure it was an isolated incident during lunar new year but the staff’s response was a bit dissatisfying. The staff should be more strict about their rules to such ignorant guests.

Here for a short stay, and love the bed, the room, the view and shower gel they provided.
Friendly and helpful staff, love the short trail that's in front of the hotel. and a stone's throw away from the ski slopes. it's really quiet, away from the bustle which i really liked!

Breakfast was all right. Location is very near from Jinbu station.
My shoulder hit the sofa back rest and was blue black. Sofa back rest didn’t have cushion like it supposed to.

The hotel is about 5 mins away from the ski area. The room is clean and the balcony view is very nice. The bathtub is very big, and I love the cafe in the lobby too, it's very comfy.
The shower cubicle can't fully block the water so there was a bit water leakage to the floor when we do showering.

Location was great, small village, everything within walking distance (there were 3 convenient stores in that small town). Very comfortable and huge bed, we had a great unobstructed view of the lake from our room. Staff were very helpful, gave us information about the free shuttle bus to yongpyong, which we didn't know about.
Room needs some maintenance. There was some water leak and mold in the bathroom.

clean, spacious and very comfortable bed.

- very easy to go skiing; far easier than the limited information on the websites we found implied. you can hire everything you need from one location 5mins walk from the hotel which is at the foot of the slopes (lift passes, skis, clothing)
- shuttle bus from the station to the hotel worked very smoothly, bus is located infront on the station on the right. We found shuttle times are aligned to KTX (Jan 23)
- location great; as above 5mins walk to the slopes
- breakfast choice was very varied and extensive
- views are excellent if you opt for a room with resort view
- staff were excellent and helpful with questions and questions organising a taxi
- room temperature was centrally controlled and set too high. you can use the doors to cool the room but it only provides temporary cooling.
- the rooms are dated and furniture needs replacing as it is chipped in places.
- didn’t respond to a question asked via booking.com app prior to arrival; but as above staff were great at the hotel itself

The Ski place is just next to the hotel. there are many restaurants in the village and the pricing for the meal is not expensive.
