Not much! Not happy! Bathroom was ok. Heater was ok. TV was good, had captioning and netflix.

No biscuits to go with our cups of tea! What sort of hotel does not provide simple biscuits with the tea and coffee and yet charges us $171 for one night!?!!? Pathetic! The bed was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and hard! NOT HAPPY!!! This kept my partner awake all night and I didn't sleep well either! Shower was ok. Toilet a bit smelly and outdated. No liquid hand soap, only bar soap for handwashing! Not good. There was a human's urine smell in the room so maybe suggest you get carpets cleaned. Car park not secure. I am angry, for a so-called 4-star hotel, this felt more like 2 and half stars!!! For a cost of $171, not good value. Plus an extremely high fee for allowing our service dog to stay with us!! And with a very uncomfortable hard bed AND in a very noisy location!!!! Many cars passed by and kept us awake also, and there was a screaming kid all night in the next room!!!! There should be noise curfews and rules. I requested a quiet room and all we got was a noisy room. Overall, not a good or comfortable stay for the money paid!!! Won't be back! Suggest you drop your star ratings down one notch and provide biscuits! It was mean and scroogey to not provide these and charge a lot for one night. Suggest also you replace ALL springy bouncy horrible mattresses with more comfortable mattresses!!! For 4 stars, this is not good enough. I am extremely annoyed that this caused us a great loss of sleep so it was hard to drive home again all tired!

I liked the small kitchen and what it had. (Stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.). I liked the privacy and the lack of internal noise. I liked the housekeeping and cleanliness.

External traffic noise. The time it took for the hot water to reach the taps and shower head.
