It was nearby to major
Places in mysuru and also staff was very good ! Overall a great experience to be in this hotel ! Pool was good and kids enjoyed a lot !

location is right in the heart with all tourist spots nearby
the rooms were connected which was a bonus as we had senior citizen parents with us.
Parent’s room bathroom was not very good as per the rating and cost we paid for the property, the walls were damp and had damp-smell in the bathroom.

Overall experience was Excellent with the Hotel. But the travel desk is not trustworthy.
Travel desk completely misleading and not trustworthy. The hotel should look into this. Charged high and placed very old, unclean cars and AC was not even working. Even after repeated requested the travel desk guy placed a ridiculous Car for drop back to Bengaluru. This spoils the complete confidence on the stay and the Hotel also.

The location is excellent and everything was fine but I do have a serious complaint.
One of our party was approached by a member of your staff when showing her to her room. She felt uncomfortable when he asked for a photo with her and hug. He also suggested they meet in the gym later. This is what I consider a very serious breach of standards.

good location; food in restaurant really good and staff very friendly
rooms and particularly bathrooms were not clean. although the entrance looks fantastic, rooms are run down and need updating.

Breakfast had variety and it was tasty
I had a very unsatisfactory response on my request to locate my sons white color pant which was mistakenly left in the room. There was no concrete response by anyone, every response was - we will get back and nobody got back.

F&B manager - rude and irritating. Talks to you even when you are talking to waiter, gives you free advice out of nowhere. Others were cordial. Going for Sunday breakfast, waiting time is huge and this so called Manger is annoying.
