I like room only

Service very bad I ordered green tee but that flask not clean very bad smelling. Check out time no staff is there.

I like everything these guys provided for the price. The room literally had everything we need like towels, soaps, hair dryer, hot n cold shower, a seperate locker, and there are still other two which I properly cannot describe. And also the Beer garden restaurant of this hotel is damn good. Yes the prices are definitely not low but I felt good value for money since I only had a pitcher with chicken 65.

I didn't like the pool timings, the timings are from 8am-6 pm which is not feasible for many customers since we come to roam the city Don't try breakfast in the Beer garden restaurant, it's not good.

good beds friendly staff conveniently located near Mysore Palace Large rooms

we stayed in a room on the fourth floor but the music from the restaurant on the first floor was so loud, you can’t really relax in your own room. and it will go on until 9:30 in the evening. overall the room was as clean as India gets, but the sheets and towels had hair in ‘m from previous guests. that’s pretty disgusting

Location wise it is perfect, staff is also good. Restaurant serve good food. The room we booked (1st January) was not that great, bathroom needs more cleanliness. Other rooms we saw was good.

The location of the place is excellent, walkable to the palace. The rooms are fairly large, and the layout is kind of funky but functional.

The bathrooms need updating badly. There are hard soap stains all over the glass and the metal hardware. The bathrooms need a complete overhaul.

Pool, room space, restaurant ambience. Good staff and security .

Old property with old furniture and bathroom fittings and interior. Found some bugs. Some times they forget to deliver order and have to remind again (room service). Restaurant food and drinks not upgraded to new menu. Cocktails not available. Beer not very chilled.
