Take the cleanliness of the room and the property with all the amenities that is necessary for a comfortable. Also like the friendly stuff who helped me during my stay.

Facilities, tv not working, bathroom not good

The check in process was good and fast. That is about it.

Everything else. The room looked more like an OYO room. Bedsheet had stamp mark while the blanket had food stains. The room was dingy and toilet was not having basic toiletries. The team did immediately make the changes around the sheets, however, the impression was made. Given the hotel is right in front of a religious place, having a quite room is also ruled out. Perhaps the first time, am disappointed with Treebo.

There is nothing to like about.Zero on hospitality.

The way they entertain the guest. I had a pre booking of double deluxe having 1 double and 1 single bed.But when I arrived they allotted my room to someone else just before me and told me that the room is not available because of some short circuit. They gave me other room with one extra styroform mattress which was pathetic. The washrooms were stinking and the room was in pretty bad shape don't go with the photos they put on booking.com or some other portal

Breakfast was below average. Room was decent, not good. Bathroom was poor. Half lights in room were not working.
