Service, 12th April morning electricity was not there, breakfast was cold, staff was rude, unprofessional…

A/C in our room wasn’t working, but there were trying to fix it and offered to move to other room. TV has only 20 channels, no connection to YouTube or internet

Room was big and clean. They allowed us for early checkin. Also upgraded our room as standard. Overall very neat and clean. Location was excellent.

The location is very good, close to restaurants and other tourist spots. The rooms are big, the children have their own room.
The hotel is a bit old, the carpets are dirty.
It would be nice to have some variations for breakfast.
