Die zentrale Lage am Peoples Square und das super freundliche Personal.

Die Sauna (ich kann nur für die Herren sprechen) war eine riesige Enttäuschung. Sehr klein, in die Jahre gekommen und so gar nicht zum Anspruch und Preis des Radisson Blue passend.

The location was great with easy access to numerous places such as the People’s Square, Shanghai Museum, etc. I took the Junior Suite and it was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was super amazing.

Everything was good. Except that it took quite some time to explain very basic requests to front desk staff in English. But it was not a big issue and they always tried to help out.

Fantastica hubicacion frente a people square, con la estacion del subte linea 2 en el subsuelo, frente al hotel. Esta donde se inicia la parte peatonal de Nanking Lu, fantastico, se puede ir al bund caminando entre restaurantes y grandes centros comerciales. El desayuno y los servicios son impecables y las habitaciones muy buenas.

Esta todo muy bien. Solo podria ser mejorable el buffet del restaurante para la cena, los mozos desaparecen y comienzan a retirar todo el servicio muy temprano, cuando todavia estas cenando, creo que es el unico punto flojo del hotel.

расположение. кровать+++, ванна, чисто, удобные подушки. внизу на ресепшене спасибо менеджеру за внимание и что поменял номер, хотя за деньги чего б не поменять ))) не бесплатно же. но спасибо большое.

номер с повышением комфорта от букинга был с ужасным видом на пол окна какая-то конструкция, вроде высоко и бронировали с хорошим видом, в тоге навита- ничего, за вид нужно было доплатить 😂😂 какой смысл повышения категории букингом? причем при бронировании фото номера с ок видом, но за который пришлось доплачивать) фото где соответствовали в итоге. это испортило впечатление об отеле. Номера не сильно просторны, ненужный предбанник или кабинет? с уставшим интерьером если честно во всем номере. цена и качество не соответствует, просто потому что это сеть данного бренда отелей. перед тем как я заселилась в номер котрыйф доплатила, в первом номере сидела горничная (тоже испорченное впечатление) - и закрывала на замок что-то в холодильнике. что?))) это что за странное отношение к клиенту, что необходимо что-то закрывать на ключ, еще и когда клиент пришел заселяться. я хочу зайти в номер когда там нет никого, а не ждать пока персонал перегородив проход что-то закрывает на ключ. в новом номере такого не было. вот эти моменты испортили впечатление об отеле.

Loved everything - location at the top of Ninjang Road Pedestrian Mall. So much to do. Facilities like the coffee shop and breakfast overlooking the Park. Also loved the adjoining New World Mall and the Sky Bar on 47th floor. Very amazing hotel.

Extraordinario. Hace muchos años que me alojo en el hotel y mantiene la calidad. La ubicación es inmejorable, en el inicio del area peatonal de Nanking Road, a pocas cuadras del Bund, frente a la parada de los buses turísticos y frente a la entrada de People Square y la entrada de la estacion del subte.

The Breakfast is more than enough. Location of the Hotel is excellent, People's Square station is just accross the road. Just next to a very big shopping center and walking distance to Nanjing Road. In the middle of everything.

The front of house staff were friendly, the location was great and the breakfast was very good.

The pool area was dirty, the facilities (just in that area) were very dirty and outdated. The staff were more concerned about people wearing head caps than they were stopping people spitting at the side of the pool or acknowledging customers. The staff at the pool reception were not helpful and didn’t even direct us to the changing room. This experience really let the hotel down, on what otherwise was a very pleasant stay.

It is city center. Very convenient location near train station .

Beautiful view. Connected to a shopping center and easy for shopping and lots place to eat also There is rotation restaurant on top of building and worth to have a dinner there.

Lovely atmosphere, in the whole building, spacious comfortable suite, all-day access to gym and pool. Super clean and quiet as well.

The location is perfect for a tourist. Breakfast and everything - a real Radisson, except gym.

Receptionist Cathy is the worst Radisson employee of the world. I have never met such an attitude in any hotel in the world. Spoiled the whole impression of the hotel and Shanghai in general. The gym is very, very small.

we have booked 40 kv rooms but when we got there there was only small rooms left and the hotel did not changed prices and we were charged for bigger rooms . toilet had problems too every time , also i think they need renovation of rooms to because it is very old styled

The Hotel Location is Fantastic , Connected with the Mall , and Next to Nianjing Road Swimming pool is Very Nice The Rotating Resturant is memorable

Staff does not have good English Food is not Muslim Friendly Room is comfortable , but Renovation is required * WIFI signal is not Good Enough TV Channels are more Chinese than International

Everything was good. Breakfast was always nice just maybe to little vegetables. They have a nice gym and sauna.

The Wi-Fi is slow and doesn’t work with vpn.
