The staff.. BIDAL was very helpful in helping me to navigate the city. The Dance class I had from Trinity was mind blowing.. It set me on a better path of health. Sabstian the guard had wonderful conversation about life in Mexico. All of the Bar tenders were excellent.

Perfect location, amazing facilities, friendly staff, comfy beds, a nice little restaurant/bar on the ground floor. Would stay again and 100% recommend.

There were a few ants on the floor on the first day of our stay but they were mostly gone the next day so overall not a huge deal.

Reception wasn't really welcoming, they hand out the keys and don't tell you about much else. I discovered the kitchen and the rooftop by myself. The kitchen doesn't have any knives, cups or pots. Location is bad for a woman travelling solo, particularly at night.

Not very clean for a Selina. There is no shampoo or shower gel in the shower. The kitchen is very poorly equipped and the refrigerators are very dirty.

Location is good and beds are relatively comfy

I paid a deposit for a towel upon arrival but apparently this wasn’t recorded by the receptionist at the time - when I returned the towel and requested my deposit the staff member on the desk questioned me sceptically for some time, insisting I didn’t pay a deposit. I persevered until he gave me the money back, after which he completely ignored me when I said thank you and goodbye. Felt like I was being accused of stealing 80 pesos! The communal kitchen was still closed even at 8am, there’s no free drinking water, and very few showers for a lot of people. Half the bedside lamps in my dorm didn’t work.

People are very friendly and trying to assist you in any way. Great location, room is clean and quiet.

Beds we're not comfortable, restroom had a sewer moldy like smell. I stayed in one of the private rooms for 5 days, room size was decent, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Love the Selina hostels in general. Stayed in almost all of them in Central America, but never experienced something like this. when we arrived The bathroom/toilets were very dirty. they didn’t get cleaned in the 4 days we stayed here. Even after asking for 3(!) times they didn’t clean it. Also, no handsoap, no toiletpaper (we needed to buy ourselves). The worst part is that asking the staff/ complaining didn’t seem to bother them. They couldn’t even check with the cleaning team if they cleaned it. Also, no atmosphere, this place doesn’t look at all like the other Selina hostels.
