Fire alarm won't off at early in the morning. It took ages for it to be turned off No shower pressure Not good customer service.

The location of the apartments is great - very convenient to the Southbank area. The bed was clean and very comfortable.

The apartment was OK - but there were a couple of things that could make it better. There are 2 x televisions in the room, and I couldn't get either one of them to work. Not at all. There are no instructions in the guest manual in the room. The microwave - really difficult to operate, again no instructions in the guest manual. The shower curtain could do with a serious clean - mould on the bottom. There was a lot of dust on the surfaces.

Bed. Bathroom. Soundproofing (it was loud, and a lot of sound bleed from corridor/street/next door.

Great location for getting to the QPAC

Smelt a little in the halls and lifts. Room also had no ventilation.

The room was standard. Close to qpac, Southbank and restaurants.

The room was a lot smaller than advertised, milks for coffees were out of date, shower head water pressure was terrible, pool area was very dirty at 8am. Constant phone calls from reception about when I was arriving, they shut reception at 3 on a Saturday which was weird! Car park and elevator stunk like sewage.

Car park was very full. We were lucky to find one. The room was clean & good location. Just a funny smell throughout the whole building.

Great location close to the busy Parklands. Staff were incredibly helpful and a cracking cafe just round the corner doing breakfast
