excellent location with easy walking distance to South Bank and local shops / facilities

We loved this apartment it was perfect for a family with two parents and two children. The place is near the center of Brisbane.

Location was great, cafe downstairs, communal rooftop area. 3.5 mtr clearance for parking with plenty of room.

Stale water smell in the bathroom and had to keep the door closed all the time, air con system didn't work well, small appartment for 4 people... lounge set up for 3 but dining set up for 6? No room for suitcases AND people.

The location was great, close to the city and restaurants. We stayed there to see a concert at SUNCORP STADIUM and we walked home which was easy.

It was a bit noisy, the glass in the windows should probably be thicker given it's location, but that was only an issue in the morning and we are light sleepers.

We attended a conference nearly and the vines apartment was a great base

We checked in out of hours and were sent detailed instructions on how to get our keys. The whole process was super easy and found our assigned park in the carpark. The lights were super closeby, quick and quiet. Upon entering our room, we were presented with a very clean, tidy and well set out unit. The facilities and appliances were in immaculate condition. The beds were big, generous and had four pillows each with two levels of firmness. Our room had 3 balconies including views of the Wheel of Brisbane. Directly under us was a little cafe, Delilah and Jaspers. Go there. The staff are lovely and the food is awesome. Our room was a very easy stroll to the Southbank promenade, trendy west end shopping district and, the convention centre and the ferry terminal. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely nothing. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed.

we had read there was problems with cockroaches & there definitely is. we told management & nothing was done to assist. the lounges were stained quite badly we had to use towels and blankets to cover them so we could sit down. management don’t seem to care when we suggested it was due for a clean. Staff at check in/out were pleasant but it’s just not a normal resort or motel - seems to be a lot of students staying there. definitely not customer focused. good location. Full kitchen with iga down the road.

It was clean, accessible to where we wanted to go. it was value for money. Free, secure parking was the best bonus.

Upon check in we noticed a very wet/damp smell in the carpet along one wall in our bedroom. The smell from this was present for the duration of our stay. We contacted Reception they did try to get housekeeping to rectify situation. Unfortunately communication with house staff was very limited and difficult, and there was no positive outcome.

it was a very quiet building, I never heard another person and only saw one other person in the lift and it was only one block from the convention building

The bed was like a concrete slab, the firmest mattress I have slept on in a long time and the windows are paper thin so you can hear the road traffic very clearly despite being on the 4th floor

The apartment was spacious and tidy and located very close to where we needed to be during our stay. The accessible allocated carpark spot was also great- not having to stress about where we could find a park was a great bonus!
