Foxtel wasn’t working in our room

unfortunately there was crumbs on the carpet and hair in the bathroom floor. obviously hadn’t been vacuumed!

I was a lovely apartment, clean comfortable and very well presented. The staff that we met was friendly and willing to assist. We had a very early exit and we forgot to ask the procedure for that. We put the key card under the front door. The shower was lovely also.

Location was very convenient

Quite expensive - $240 per night - for a regional but nice hotel with no extras. I recognize it was a Saturday night at start of school holidays but you can get a cheaper night in a prestige Melbourne CBD hotel let alone how would compare to overseas

great size room for a family. we had the executive suite - double room.

lift was very slow.

Loved the room .... bed was so comfortable , the bed sheets were .... crispy clean ! Location is perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants Staff were welcoming and lovely

No tv in the bedroom Small bathtub

Lift was broken so had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs
