The service from the staff was exceptional , the aura of the hotel I really enjoyed my stay

That they were unable to collect any talabat orders

Extremely noisy , the restaurants outside playing competing music. This is NOT the place to go to relax

Room cleaning was terrible

The suite was superb and all the staff so helpful and courteous. Food was very good and huge choice.

Location was awful as beach clubs opposite played club music all day and night and so loud as they all seemed to be in competition with each other. The hotel said they were a having a constant battle with the clubs but I feel we should have been informed by booking.com before booking that this was the case. We wanted a relaxing break so would not stay there again because of this.

من أول يوم من وصولي مشاكل بسبب أن دورة المياه معطلة والمكيف أيضا وتم تبديل الغرفة بعد ساعات واليوم الثاني تم وضع خطاب من الفندق بإبلاغي ان المياه ستون معطلة من الساعه 10 ص إلى 5 م وأقوم باستخدام قوارير المياه المرفقه بالغرفه انه من العيب والخدمات السيئة

Breakfast was boring. No fresh juices even, menu literally same everyday. construction going on in spa

Kero's exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail were evident from the start. He efficiently checked me in and ensured that all my needs were met. His friendly demeanor and genuine smile immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. Kero was not only knowledgeable about the hotel's amenities but also provided insightful recommendations about nearby attractions and dining options. Throughout my stay, Kero consistently went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable time. He promptly addressed any queries or concerns I had, ensuring that all my requests were promptly fulfilled. His professionalism and efficiency were commendable, and it was evident that he took pride in his role as a receptionist. Moreover, Kero's personalized approach to customer service stood out. He remembered my name and preferences, making me feel like a valued guest. He was always willing to assist with a genuine enthusiasm that made my stay truly special. In addition to Kero's exceptional service, the Fairmont Dubai Palm itself was a stunning property. The luxurious and well-appointed rooms offered breathtaking views of the Palm Jumeirah, and the hotel's facilities were top-notch. From the elegant dining options to the relaxing spa, every aspect of the hotel exuded elegance and sophistication. Overall, my experience at the Fairmont Dubai Palm was exceptional, and a significant part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Kero. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly nature were truly remarkable and contributed to a memorable stay.

The location is great, the rooms were spacious & friendly staff. I drove to the Hotel, and loved the option to self-park my car in the Hotel's parking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent either in the restaurants or in room dining. Nice amenities and swimming pool, direct access to the beach

Amazing location. Great rooms. Lovely beach I’d like to place on record my gratitude to Omar (hotel manager). We had a less than satisfactory stay at The Fairmont Abu Dhabi , but Omar went above and beyond to restore our faith in Fairmont hotels as a brand. We had a wonderful 8 night vacation and Omar and the rest of his team were a pleasure. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and professional. This was my 2nd stay at The Fairmont Palm in 2023, and it is the only hotel I will stay in. Perfect for families.

Everything was absolutely amazing.

The hotel and staff are so amazing.. only slight downside was that the beach is not what it used to be.. I was informed that the beach is going to have a full refurb in the coming months, I look forward to staying here again for Christmas.

Comfortable beds and spacious room. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly staff and very clean. Good variety of dining options.

We went for half board for two nights but were shocked at the price of a bottle of water. It was 76aed for water for two people. I expect to pay extra for wine or coffees but not that price for water!! The noise level of music on the beach. Even early morning the other venues were playing loud music and it ruined the beach atmosphere. I would suggest that they play something a bit softer at that hour of the morning!

The pool policy, u have to go to the gym to get a band and the towel, no towels by the pool.. the band she be provided at check in or in the room.. why do I have to go another location, the pool staff asked me to leave to get the band.. which made just leave all together wasn't going to take a walk around the property in the heat, for a pool access I should already has part of my stay.

Even though we had some issue with checking in, yet the reception manager and the staff made sure that we are satisfied and confortable during the process other than this the service, the room , and the facility is worth the money , for sure I will be back again

Staff in restaurant, caffe ,fitness, beach was nice.

Staff at the reception specialy ladies with manager was not nice. I ask them if they can somehow give me discount for buffe dinner because I missed many paid breafast. No will to do anything, just to see income, rules...rude faces
