House keeping were a little slack. they forgot to clean room one day and were not replenishing toiletries.

ideal location getting from city to any suburb exploring.

no microwave in rooms. just in case you needed to heat some food up or babies bottle

The location is great. Check-in staff were nice.

The room was so dark it's nearly impossible to see. No overhead lighting combined with dark grey walls... just does not work. Housekeeping was ordinary. One day, no face washer was provided. The next day, there was no bath mat provided. I had to leave a note asking for items and for the sugar to be replenished. Two soft drink bottles we had from the mini bar on night 1 were still there 3 days later.

a little too far out from the centre the on-site Restsurant wasn’t great

nicely cleaned and presented and it was smelling very good .

only negative thing was we had to carry baggage to upstairs by stairs .. if there is a lift or at least something to lift the baggage it would be awesome ..

I received a parking ticket for parking outside my room, was not told about or given a pass.

Staff were amazing, facilities were amazing. So so clean and comfy! We love staying at HotelMotel! Close to everything we needed. Love how the motel is just on the outskirts of the city so you can get anywhere within a few minutes.

There were no spoons for us to make our tea and coffee but staff were prompt and delivered some straight to our door within 5 minutes!

A bit dear this time. Possibly due to the fringe..
