Very good !

The service of the hotel is exceptional. We have forgotten our passports when we check out on 7 May 11am, and the staff actually called my phone to inform me about this not long after we left the hotel. So we managed to get our passport back with everything intact. This is truly exceptional service from the hotel staff.

場所はよい。広さもソコソコです。悪い施設ではないと思います。

多くの新築ホテルが増えている中、どうしても古臭さを感じてしまう。その中で提示される値段を考えると、高くついたな、という感想になってしまいました。

很棒的福岡初體驗

飯店雖然是個老飯店，不過依然是水準之上。我們一家四口第一次到福岡，給我們的第一印象非常好，接待人員服務非常好，飯店走出去就是地下鐵，交通便利性很好，下次有機會再來拜訪福岡，還會再選擇這裡，謝謝你們的招待。

スタッフの方々の対応や言葉遣いが素晴らしいと思いました。お部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごす事ができました。また、朝食も美味しかったです。

因為有帶兩個小孩，飯店主動準備小孩的盥洗用品，很貼心。

櫃檯人員非常親切，房間很大，對面有一間很大的超市，隔壁就是超商和地鐵，位置很好
