11階1109室に泊まりました。張り出し窓？出窓？の所に座った時に水がかなりの量出てきてビックリしました。

It's comfy and large.

It was expensive for solo traveler.

Good location, nice staff - it is a solid hotel with good wifi, laundry machines etc. in a nice location

Check-in took a very long time even tough they had a machine for that. The rooms are a little run down , aircon is quite loud and either super strong or turned off, pillows are really bad (usually i don't complain about things like that, but in 4 nights me and my partner could never sleep well)

The tub didn’t have a proper bathmat in it and was wobbly and very slippery and I fell and broke my toe. I told the front desk and they asked if I was okay but didn’t take Any further details

Wonderful friendly staff. It was nice that most of the guests were Japanese. We loved the breakfast and chose to have a Japanese breakfast, which set us up for the day, but everything was offered. We felt at home in the hotel. The location was perfect. We could walk or bus from Hakata station. The beds were comfortable and we slept well with memory pillows. The first night we had a delicious meal at a local restaurant which we found around the corner. The mamasan used Google translate to tell us about the menu. There was a fish market across the road. We were in walking distance along the canal to Canal City. We were able to make expresso coffee on the coffee machine in our room. Our twin room was a decent size. There was a supermarket, fruit stalls and a Chemist around the corner. We had a nice view from our room. I would recommend this hotel.
