The hostess Belinda was very welcoming and helpful, offered us valuable information and cpnstantly made sure we have everything we need. The house is furnished in a very beautiful antique fashion and the location right near Baveno city center is awesome.

The facilities are slightly old although totaly usable. The adress will lead you to the wrong location so make sure to talk with the hostess in advance.

Amazing apartment with 3 beds, tv, wifi and a great bathroom and big modern kitchen. The terrace has a big table and the garden of the Villa Edvina is enormous. We could park our car directly in front of the house. The host, Belinda, is very friendly and she will always help you out. The location is great as you walk about two minutes to the city center or train station and about ten minutes to the public beach and a big supermarket.

The wifi is sometimes struggling in the bedroom, but in the living room it was always great.

Charming and helpful owner. Beautiful old villa in green and peaceful location near train station and lake, lovely bakery 5 mins walk. Dont expect mod cons but we loved the old world atmosphere.

The host was lovely and the place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful old villa less than a 5 minute walk from the city center. Belinda was the best host and she had good tips and always available for questions or a nice chat. Would definitely stay here again. The pictures dont do the place justice, the antique furniture was beautiful and with the large garden a nice oasis in the middle of the city.
