Arrivée à 3 dans une chambre triple réservée à la avance : Check in a 23h30 et 3ieme lit non prêt. Le house keeping vient ouvrir un pauvre canapé convertible avec un matelas de 3cm d épaisseur... Au bout du compte, ils arrivent avec un vrai 3ieme lit et une heure d attente jusqu'à 00h30 alors que mon second vol décollait à 7h le lendemain... courte nuit

Dobra lokalizacja blisko metra (5 min piechotą), sklepy w pobliżu. W pokojach czysto, sprzątane codziennie. Do wyboru pokoje dla palących lub nie. Śniadania smaczne, różnorodne (kuchnia europejska i lokalna, codziennie pojawiało się nowe danie). Personel pomocny i życzliwy. Niedaleko hotelu zatrzymuje się autobus C28 który zawiezie nas bezpośrednio na plaże Al Mamzar. Polecam / Good location close to the metro (5 min walk), shops nearby. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Smoking or non-smoking rooms avaiable. Breakfast is tasty and varied (European and local cuisine). Helpful and kind staff. Near to the hotel a bus station. The C28 bus will take us directly to the Al Mamzar beaches. Recommended

room was comfortable and clean, location was good for our purposes - lots of eating places on Al Riga road - hotel breakfast was very good , variety of food at breakfast was very wide.

Laundry charges were very high .

I really like this property.its on very good like location.24 hrs supermarket and couple food places near by the location.staff is very nice.i really like the self laundry washing service.you can wash your clothes for free and use dryer for 2 diarham.i manage to save lots of money on laundry.

I really didn't like the breakfast buffet quite boring.food does not have any taste.food menu should be bigger.bakery stuff needs more variety and like croissant and muffin and pastry stuff.room carpet needs changing.every room should have a window.i really did not like the cleaning quality of the rooms.house keeping staff does not vacuum the carpet properly.all the corner have dust and hair.you can see the dust on lamps .my kids are asthmatic and have dust allergies.because of the dust kids breathing was not good.i have to take them to hospital for one days.its cost me lost of money.house keeping staff should do deep clean the room after couple of days or at least one time in weeks.i have not seen house keeping supervisor checking cleaning services in the room.i stayed there for 12 nights.fridge is too small in the room.every room should have microwave.every room should have more lighting.its look darker in the room.

I never knew what to expect since i was changing hotel from my usual; i was not disappointed to say the least. The staff are very polite and they create a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere, they are always willing to assist. From the entrance, i was assisted by Mr. Chandra, very kind man. I got much help also from Weener, the breakfast lady and the breakfast team, they were all very friendly and eating breakfast became a habit even though i am not a breakfast person. The best of them all is the cleaning lady Rita and Raquish. Those two practically became my family, they were more than help. I had double reservation, i could not change the room because i could not fantom another person cleaning my room (205). They were amazing, i doubt if they ever get angry. Hyatt Place Hotel is my new found land. When next i visit, I would love to have this same team, especially Rita. The location is great, close proximity to the metro, couldn't ask for more. I rate Hyatt Place a 10 on 10

That i had just 16 days. Wish i could stay longer. Also if the breakfast table could include other nationalities apart from the Asian continent, it will be much appreciated

Thanks to the manager for late check out. The hotel was clean. Room size was good. Good value for money in comparison to others. Breakfast was also good.

the location is really nice tgats why it is my home away from home, but this stay was 1 of my worst as to date, i should have not upgraded to apartment the breakfast is upgrading its perfect as of to date previous one has small.variety but now almost perfect

i am a frequent gueat and stay cuople of times in this property but this is one of the worst stay i have fruit flies in the room, the air conditioning is not that cold,

Breakfast was good

For a four star hotel the toiletries are not adequate. Even after asking 2 times to the reception we never received any show caps, toothpaste, tooth brush, sewing kit, etc.

I like the variety of the breakfast, cleanliness of the hotel, safety of the hotel and the staff at the reception- Cian and Martin who were exceptional with their customer service and assistance rendered throughout the stay.

Price was too high for the hotel Rate was $120.00 for that room but I paid almost $200.00 because I booked 3 months ago.

Very nice hotel and all the staff are kind especially the front of the hotel represented by the reception staff like (winner and miss Cian) we will come back in the future👌

Well initially it started well at Check-in with Martin, who facilitated everything good. Little short of professionalism(while answering calls also during transactions). Room size is good but looks like a bit small as mentioned. even appreciate Anastasia for updating my extension. Gym is nice and equipped.

Firstly A/C in corridor and at reception side not working properly. Secondly parking is in different building every time with family i had to change lift and move to another building for parking. Next is first night washbasin has an issue it was broken pin for that need to fix at night even in washroom shower is not working properly. Next is housekeeping, needs to make several call for housekeeping as i was with 02 year old kid which was informed them earlier it took more than an hour for housekeeping to come and has to make multiple calls. even when they came no hovering was done and was just cleaned randomly. Not even checking and adding toiletries. Carpets are Dirty and with stains looks like not even washed. Next is Restaurant, timing is very strict and not even inform if they are closing. even food is not filled properly most of the dishes area is getting empty but re-filled very slow. requested for fried egg and Chef made scrambled. and then another guy stepped in and wanted me to take different item. Even Breakfast items are not continental they are Arabic or Indian dishes only. In evening i ordered chicken fried rice and i can assure normal cafeteria on corner outside hotel cooks much better fried rice. Food was pathetic. Lastly Mr. Kabir, this person has an attitude as if he is owning the hotel. 3 times he comes and ask if i am extending although extension was already updated by Anastasia. He is rude and not willing to listen. This person really needs to focus on customer service skills. He called some guy name Ajay twice to know if my stay is extended .. Overall was pathetic experience.
