If you like nature this place is unbelievable. Huge variety of beautiful birds, incredible flora and wonderful facilities.

Everything was very good to excellent with one exception. Guides and programme organiser Gonzalo were fantastic. Sky dragon and hummingbird gardens were wonderful experiences.
Food ...poor catering for someone with dairy allergy. Had problems finding out what food to eat. Sick of salad and fruit salad.
Think there should be a cart shuttle to observatory lodge for people with walking difficulties

The property and staff is AMAZING! Exceeded expectations. Marc the General Manager makes you feel at home from Day 1. Juan Carlos is an incredible guide and truly a phenomenal person.
