Best host ever, we got all we wanted and more. Next to the Viatican, everything you need can be found close to the apartment. We enjoyed every minutes.

Gianna an absolute lady to deal with and in person her hospitality 110%. Her apartment spotless and located beside the Vatican and other sites just a little bus tour around the beautiful city of Rome. Highly recommend 😀

The hostess Gianna was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and warm. She went out of her way to help us! The apartment was very clean and convenient. There were all sorts of little thoughtful items included, such as an assortment of breakfast snacks, coffee, and tea. The location was also ideal, only a couple of blocks from the Vatican. Bravissima, Gianna!

Great apartment located close to the Vatican and 5 minute walk from the metro to travel to all of Rome. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes close by. Accommodation was beautiful inside and included breakfast which consisted of bread, pastries, milk, yoghurts and fruit juice being left in the apartment to eat and drink at anytime along with facilities and ingredients for various hot drinks. The owner, Gianna, was extremely helpful in arranging transport form the cruise port and then to the airport the following day after being let down at very short notice by Booking.Com transport bookings. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others

We liked everything about this apartment, it is situated right next to the Vatican museum and the city of Vatican is within walking distance. The subway stop is also very close (maybe 500 meters), so you can get to most of the monumental structures quite easily. There are quite a few solid restaurants nearby (just use google reviews, or Gianna will advise you) as well as cafés.

The bulb in the bathroom created probably a more intimate light than we would have wished for :-D but that can be fixed quite easily.

The location is excellent. The flat is well appointed with everything you need. The owner Gianna was very helpful and made sure everything was 'just so'

The flat is very dark. There are shutters on the windows, which as its a ground floor flat you are encouraged to keep closed. There were building works going on in the street outside, with loud drilling starting at 8am. Obviously this is.temporary.
