Perfect space for a family reunion/trip. Loved that we could all stay together. Very spacious.

The location is a bit out of the way. We did find an amazing restaurant that was about a 15-20 min walk and there was a coffee shop just down the street. The street area is kind of dirty outside the door.

The apartment and Maurizzio exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment was beautifully decorated, extremely fresh and clean and well stocked with everything you could think of or need. It was situated walking distance from Roma town centre and next to a train station. We had an amazing stay and want to thank Maurizzio for having us.

Busy road

Apartment very clean, comfortable large beds, fresh towels, well-equipped kitchen also with basic spices. shops, markets and small restaurants nearby. The owner very nice, friendly.

Fantastic beds, perfect sheets and pillows, much space, big balcony with nice view. Great dining area with big table. Train station was very close (with direct connection to the airport and Vatican)

Front of dishwasher was missing (dishwasher itself was fully functioning)

Maurizio was a fantastic host apartment was clean and more than met our needs places to eat within walking distance the best gelato shop right on the corner we would definitely recommend this property to other people/families

The apartment was clean and comfortable for 3 couples. There were restaurants nearby and easy access to buses to the city center or wonderful walks. The Tiber River was nearby and bridges linked Trastevere to beautiful Roman museums, notable sites and markets. Testaccio market is worth a visit. Owners Maurizio and Stefania were very helpful and easy to contact!

There is nothing we did not like.

We had a wonderful stay at Trastevere Boulevard. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was extremely well appointed and we loved the extra wee touches Maurizio and Stella provided. They greeted us as we arrived, had maps and information all ready and provided us with superb advice on all things Rome. They were incredibly accommodating and were the best hosts!! Definitely would stay with them again!!

The apartment is SUPER CLEAN and had everything we could possibly need. It is renovated, with new equipment, but also with a classic sophisticated touch. The four bedrooms are really big. We were 8 people (two families of four) and everybody had his space. Not to mention the three bathrooms!The city center is very easy to reach. There is a tram and a bus stop next to the apartment and also there is a train station. The owner was extremely polite and helpful. We had a late flight and he welcomed us after midnight! There were welcome refreshments on the fridge and a cake! He gave us a map and tips for everything. He even made a booklet with tourist information! He found us transportation from and to the airport when we asked him. After my stay at Trastevere Boulevard I realized why all visitors made such good comments on the property and the owner!

Very very clean and just renovated Lovely and respectful owner ( Maurizio and his wife) Excellent location. Just beside the tram station You can reach every point of the city by two minutes waking to tram station. Just 15 minutes to historical areas( forums and Colosseum and 35 minutes to airport) Completely full facilities kitchen. Wonderful air conditioning (ventilation and cooling) Very close to lots of small supermarket In short sentence: unbelievable
