Non mi aspettavo niente e niente ho trovato ,se non vuoi passare una notte per strada e spendere relativamente poco é il posto giusto

Ne avevo sentito parlare ma mai avrei immaginato un tale livello di degrado in zona Termini.Hotel che rispecchia pienamente la zona dov’è collocato,camera poco pulita ,sevizi inesistenti come lo staff

Camera deludente, in pessima condizione, muro scorticato. Scarico del bagno rotto, vetro doccia rotto, formiche. Cattiva qualità prezzo. Troppo alta per questa struttura. Buona solo la posizione

Las instalaciones, cama cómoda, agua caliente, época invernal la calefacción funciona de maravillas, el personal súper amable, todo muy limpio y perfumado. El internet funcionaba excelente. La ubicación es perfecta.

Al lado de la estación Termini, muy cómodo para moverte. La cama muy grande, el baño estaba bien, suficiente para patear Roma y volver al hotel a descansar.

Es una zona donde viven muchos sintecho, a las noches había mucho ruido cuando discutían o se ponian a festejar algo. Se oía muchas sirenas.

On our arrival at property for check in we had to wait outside the property for approximately half hour in midday heat . The property did not have WiFi available for whole of our stay which made difficult for us to stay in touch with our family back home ,also there was no hot water available for showers during whole of our duration of stay. The manager of the property was not very helpful with above issues and played down as no major issues.

The location was helpful as I took the train from the station in the morning.

The entrance is too confusing. Impossibly so. It should be easier to understand. Honestly, it didn't even smell good.

The price was almost the only positive about this booking and cleaning was offered almost every day. Nothing else was according to our expectations.

The location was in the city center but in terrible neighborhood. Every time we were leaving or coming in we were verbally abused and with disgusting sexual things getting shouted at you its hard to enjoy your vacation. A lot of drug addicts and homeless people, screaming in the middle of the night and the smell was awful. This is not the fault of the host but you should consider this factor before booking. The smell was horrible also inside because they have trash bins IN the bulding which in hot summer smells terrible. When we came in we have to pay 30€ for late check in which the host told us before but still it would not happen to you in a hotel, the wifi did not work and the shower was broken. After I sent him 5 messages and no response, he finally came in with a new shower head (also we didnt tell hom beforehand what exactly was broken in the shower and he came in with exactly what was wrong so he must knew in advance what and how its broken). When I again asked about wifi I was told they have technical issues and there is no wifi at the moment, I would understand that but based on other reviews this is obviously not a momentarily technical issue. We also got only one towel each which is really not enough.

everything needed an overhaul as in a remodel and repairs...would take close down and a few days it's The street it is on Giovanni Giolitti is on the wrong ...bad side of the train station Roma termini.... the other side via marsala street is safer! no tv working... No wifi Cold water shower ran out of towels...water leaked from wall to floor in bathroom ...drai to shower was not attached to shower floor basi..=slippery & dangerous No hot water pot until I insisted

The photos on the internet are too far from the real, no internet, the hot water was problematic, water leakage in the bathroom, the garbage smell is to bad you can smell from the forth floor, noisy....

It was located right in front of Roma Termini which was really strategic for our trip since we wanted to use the metro for moving around the city and the Italo train for going to Naples and Venice.

The elevator was really small and is difficult for going up with several bags.

The property is very close to Rome Termini. Transportation facilities were good as it was in a central location. 1 minute away from metro train and bus stations. Garbage at the entrance of the building causes a bad smell. The place we stayed upstairs was clean.

The location was fine, because I needed to be at the train station.

1. When you came into the building, the garbage was standing right at the front door, which caused for a horrible smell through the whole building. 2. The room was dirty, the floor looked not cleaned, the sheets felt old and dirty and had stains. 3. The door of the shower was missing, because of this the whole bathroom was full of water after showering. 4. The toilet missed the lit, and the toilet paper you had to get yourself on the hallway. All these things for these prices, is in my opinion ridiculous.

Staff was very kind but the place very old.

The property had extra towels in the communal hallway cupboard and a few extra items on the side that I assume guests left on their stay. The room was very spacious however humid and had to keep the window open which brought in so much noise from the main road. Cheap but you get what you pay for.

When I first arrived the guy I met was very rude and demanding cash for the tourist tax, I had only just arrived and hadn't taken cash out. I was not informed I had to pay by cash only. I felt bombarded and intimidated, he wanted an exact time he could come collect the cash. I ended up leaving it under one of their machines and sending them a picture on booking.com. However the person I spoke to over the messaging service was not intimidating or rude. If you are a female travelling alone, do not stay opposite the Termini Station! I felt very unsettled going back on my first night and locals explained to me that it was a dodgy area!

Very close to the main train station of Rome. Quiet room. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, nice decoration. The bed linen and towels were clean.

The room was cold and no remote control was available. I asked the owner to assist me and received no answer at all. The TV was not working, there was no Wi-Fi either. The room was not at all clean, dust everywhere especially on the blind spots (under the couch/bed, inside the bedside table, etc)
