Just the location.

The apartment is on the top floors of a very old building with a fragile elevator. We only use it for luggages. The apartment has an unpleasant smell, especially in the middle bedroom. The room is tiny, it has a sofa all torn and with holes. It is lined with a quilt to hide the defects. The kitchen is small and doesn't even have a microwave. It is disclosed in the advertisement that it has two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, and a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. We gave preference to this apartment because of this configuration that would be able to divide the three families of three people each, in the three bedrooms. Arriving there, there was a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed and the third bedroom with just a double bed (without the single bed that was advertised). We sent a message to the person in charge and she informed that there was nothing she could do and that it was to gather one of the people who would stay in the room that lacked a single bed, on the sofa bed in the other room, together with a person from another family. Her suggestion was to make two people from different families and opposite sexes sleep on a sofa bed together. In addition, uncomfortable mattresses, old and dirty sheets and towels. Bathroom soaking up water easily. You can only use one shower at a time. No use having two bathrooms. If you turn on two showers at the same time, or a shower and the faucet of any sink, the water in the shower cools down and becomes weak. Conclusion: extremely uncomfortable apartment for any type of family. The experience was really bad. O apartamento tem um cheiro desagradável, principalmente no quarto do meio. A sala é minuscula, tem um sofá todo rasgado e com buracos.

Location, 5min. walking to Vatican! The house is big and well decorated.

Should improve the quality of the mattress in the beds and sofa of the living room.

We had a fantastic stay at A Casa Di Leonardo. A gorgeous apartment with a perfect location for the Vatican City and the Metro (Ottaviano) on the corner to go further afield. An amazing deli just around the corner for delicious Italian treats and a good supermarket (carrefour) near metro station for all other essentials and a good meat and cheese counter at the back. We asked Elizabeth for a restaurant recommendation near by and she directed us to a superb traditional restaurant where we had the best food of our whole trip. Would definitely recommend this apartment to friends if they were heading to Rome.

Very well located apartment, right outside the Ottaviano metro station and walking distance from the Vatican city. Compact yet Very artistically built interiors and it was fully sufficient for our group of 3 families as this had 3 bedrooms.

rooms are big and place clean plus area is accessible to public transport

no cleaning service. no change of towels and beddings. very small elevator and you need to carry your luggage with 3 steps before riding the lift

Absolutely beautiful apartment minutes away from the Vatican. 2 minutes from the easy to use metro with direct connection to the Spanish Steps. Aircondition came in handy during the scorcher we had.

The host should give guests detailed information like how to collect keys, etc. way in advance. There were many misunderstandings because of this.

it is close to the metro and the Vatican City. Location couldn’t be better. For the Colosseum we road the metro to get there. Close to all the restaurant and shops!

We had to call the owner because we did not see any door bell. The cleaning lady was waiting in the flat and she let us in immediately and showed us the flat. There is a small bakery around the corner, very convenient to buy a breakfast there. The metro station few meters away, easy connection to the city center.

I assume we had bad luck because there was quite loud party going on 2 nights in a row next door, also the street traffic can be a little disturbing. I was missing a jug kettle.

Fantastic location. 5 min from the Vatican, metro on the door step. loads for restaurants and shops around.

Great location beside Vatican. Lots of restaurants ice cream nearby. Nice clean apartment. Excellent communication with owner. Couldn’t do enough for us. Very enjoyable stay.

The property was beautiful as pictured on website, so convenient as closed to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The apartment is big enough and fit our family of six. Elizabeth is very helpful and friendly, arranging a taxi van to and from airport for our group with a reasonable price.

Mattresses could be firmer. Little step in the hallway to kitchen could be a hazard.

Excellent location, close to the Metro station and the Vatican. Recently refurbished and roomy enough for a family.

We missed some basic kitchen equipment (microwave, toaster, trash bags, napkins or kitchen towels). Some areas of the kitchen were not completely clean.
