I absolutely love everything about this place. George is the best host you could ever wish , so friendly, so accommodating. The room' was super clean, with a modern bathroom, great shower,, comfy bed, nice balcony. Location is ideal, close to Milopotas beach and chora town. Excellent price as well. If you have the chance, stay at Nikolas, you won't regret it.

The location was good, and the room was quite clean and comfy.

The owner besides searching our stuff and luggage's while cleaning our room, accused us of having more people stay at the room that what we paid for. Resulting in him kicking us out a few hours sooner and having to fight as he threaten to call the policy falsely and make us pay mor.

Very clean, excellent location and very kind hosts. we had a lovely view of the Town, and the accommodation is opposite a supermarket and bus stop. George made sure we were well looked after and was very kind. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location from every point of view: 2 minutes walk from the city center, Chora, but not inside the village so you can avoid nightlife noise. In front of the rooms there is a supermarket, an ATM, a rental car and the bus stop to get everywhere in Ios and also a few clubs. It is located at a walking distance from Kolitsani Beach, a really nice and quiet spot if you want to relax. The host was available for every need and really helpful and generous. (He gave us a charger that we had lost, an after sun cream, some bottles of water). We totally recommend it for your stay in the beautiful island of Ios.

The premises are very close to Chora and Milopotas. There are bus stops outside the builidng. The owner was very friendly. The room was clean.

The bathroom door was not closing. The room was quiet small. The lady who was cleaning the rooms used to leave the used clothes on the ouside part of our luggages, which can be considered dirty as the luggages are coming into contact with the road, ships etc

We had a great time at Nikolas Ios! It’s very well located in the city centre, 5 minutes walk to bars, restaurants, clubs and the lively streets of the village. From the port it took us about 20 min walk, but only because the path goes up quite a few flights of stairs. The distance is not big (and it’s good for cardio!). The room was nice, good size, amazing shower, everything super clean, and a cute balcony. I didn’t give 10 because the beds were a little hard to my taste, but that’s my personal preference. George the owner is very sweet and hard at work, he waited for us when our boat arrived late and made sure we felt welcome here! George the host was SO amazing. We left a pair of headphones at our room when checking out and he messaged us straight away. We were about to board a ferry to Santorini so we said he should keep them himself. 20 minutes later we were so surprised to see George meet us at the ferry with them, he had driven them down to the port. Amazing service, so friendly and appreciated. Location could not be beat.

The location was excellent and the staff was very kind and considerate. The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

Luxurious bathroom. Squeaky clean room. Amazing location! Yiorgos was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips. Overall a great stay - would highly recommend.
