It is close to the shops,cafes, and Beach approx 5-10min.

Beds were a bit hard, but ok.

This villa is located near to the centre of Costa Teguise, with the beach within a ten minute walk. Also, there is a nearby Spar to get food and other supplies within a five minute walk, as well as the Aquarium being close by. The kitchen was well stocked with different appliances, however it did lack some cooking utensils, but we could manage with alternative ones that were there. The pool and the area outside was very pleasant, with each sun lounger having a side table and we were even given a pool inflatable which were very grateful for! There was also a smart TV so we could watch Netflix and other streaming services.

The Wifi is not very consistent around the property, and only really works outside by the pool for short amounts of time, but works on the TV. It doesn't have air-conditioning, which is fine when the doors and windows are open as there is always a strong cold breeze, however the villa can get really hot when you leave and close them.

Fantastic villa which was practical, spacious in a great location. it has everything required for a great holiday. we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

I didn't like the late check-in as it's 16:00 pm Also, we have been allowed to drop our luggage before check-in time, but it was a huge problem for cleaner to allow us to get changed as it was roasting hot apart of that great stay!

The property was spacious, well presented and only a very short walk to local restaurants & shops. About 10-15 min walk to the beach too.

Property was excellent so no gripes from us.

we didn’t use the pool too much as it was cold but would suggest a cover as it does get a lot of leaves / sand etc that require guest to clean / brush

The only minor issue was when we asked for a second set of house keys. They were promised but never materialised.

We had a lovely stay in Villas Reina. Its so close to all the bars and shops. 10 min walk away and very easy to get to. There is one hill to climb on the way back but its zigzagged so easy to climb. The apartment itself had everything you need. It's spotlessly clean too. The Manager and Owner were so lovely and very helpful and welcoming. Loved the little welcome touches on arrival. Thank you. I would definitely stay here again.

No air-conditioning. That is the only negative I have. There is an electric fan but only one for the villa, not one per bedroom. You do get just to the heat after a night or 2. But if air-conditioning was installed it would be perfect.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in our villa. It is in an excellent location, easy walking distance to the beaches and restaurants but far enough out to be peaceful. Bianka and Batirtze were very helpful and extremely responsive. We had a couple of things that needed attention which were sorted in the earliest possible time including replacing the washing machine the same day with a new one after the original had developed a fault. We had everything we needed in the villa, which was very clean and the pool was extremely private and not overlooked at all. We hired a car and had easy parking outside the villa and it is only a 15 minute drive and easy to find from the airport. It would be quite easy to stay at the villa without a car though as Costa Teguise has plenty of restaurants and reasonable shops plus it is a very nice resort and everyone we met was very friendly.

Depending on which way the wind was blowing (it was windy when we were there) we did occasionally hear the public address system at the hotel Beatriz during events, which was quite some way away, I dread to think how loud it must be staying there! Otherwise it is a very quiet neighbourhood.

the property was amazing, so spacious, clean and had everything you need. Bianka was amazing I asked her to get some flowers and Prosecco for us on our arrival and they were stunning. the pool guy came and he spent a few hours cleaning the pool and around the outside of the villa. location was perfect for getting around 10mins walk max to the centre with smaller bars within a 5 minute walk

Very clean and friendly. Although we could not see the host of the villa, communication by phone was very easy. Batir was very responsive and answered all our questions. Great experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in this villa. you will not be disappointed.

Host was lovely and very accommodating. Upon arrival it was very clean and you could not fault the facilities.

It was quite difficult to collect the keys but other than this a great experience

Liked where the villa was located not to far from the restaurants and shops. The villa itself was adequate for our needs. We were a family of 4 adults, 1 teenager and 3 children under 5. The children enjoyed the pool. The pool was cleaned a couple of times while we were there. Our bed linen and towels were refreshed after our first week (we striped the beds and left them outside for collection and they were dropped back later that day for us to redress) There is a washing machine so we washed the towels and our clothes daily , which was great, and they dried in no time🙂 Batirtze was helpful and texted me a couple of times to ask if we needed anything.

Some of the pillows were not great. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable for my teenage son. The WiFi is not great once it reaches 5 o'clock. ( The TV channels kept going off)

Perfect location, fantastic pool and outside area, internal area was brill too.

Nothing really, perhaps a few generic pool toys on site would be helpful on arrival.
