The staff is Wonderful, the grounds and location and view are great! Cozy lobby/dining room!

IF you have bad knees, the steps are difficult, but doable. The bamboo floors are nice but are a problem if you have any balance problems. If it was mosquito season, it might be a little uncomfortable. Mosquito net over the bed but the rest of the bungalow is vulnerable because of big gaps in the doors. We didn’t have a mosquito problem when we were there.

Great Service. Nam did a great job in welcoming are large group and making sure we got everything we needed. Made are stay even more enjoyable along with the amazing views from this resort.

Absolutely wonderful, felt like paradise. The family who runs the hotel are warm and friendly people. They also serve amazing food and drinks for reasonable price so you don't need to go to the town.

Nothing, it was perfect. Just a note that the chalets don't have much furniture inside, a bed, a small tea table and a hanger and that't it. So if you are a comfy hotel type of a person, better opt for a hotel room.

We had a wonderful time at Eco Palms House ! The location was perfect with a stunning view of the rice fields. The staff is truly devoted to making our experience the best as possible ! (I even had a cake on my 30th birthday made by the cook). Nam (the hotel manager) is always friendly, warm and caring. The rooms are very comfortable with Vietnamese traditional decoration. We had the best sleep ! Thanks again so much for this amazing stay !

Honestly this is the best place I have ever stayed! It was so beautiful and the views and little lodge cabin was incredible. The staff are so friendly and are so helpful and ready to answer any questions you might have. I think it’s extra sweet they come up and help you put down your mosquito net at night! Thanks for such a lovely stay, can’t wait to come back again. :)

We were warmly greeted by Mr. Nam who made sure at all times to keep us comfortable, cozy updated. Such a kind soul, booked us tours and made our little one smile often. The location is simply fantastic. Our room had a wonderful view to the green scenery, rice crops, and the villages surrounding. Our chalet was spacious and the bed very very comfy. About 20 min drive from sapa town, just perfectly away from all the chaotic noise from the city. The hotel arranged our a driver all times we needed to get to the city. The restaurant food was a bit pricey but super delicious! 👌 We had a perfect stay at Eco Palms and highly recommend this. I would absolutely return there when coming to Sapa!
