Absolutely perfect stay, we loved the hotel so much we extended for 4 extra days. The quality and design of the hotel is really aesthetically pleasing. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with a large comfy bed and a beautiful balcony with a view from the 6th floor. Good quality robes, towels, toiletries and bathroom overall. The room is also cleaned everyday to a high standard. The pool area is well maintained with lots of beds but never too crowded. The sun hits the pool all day and you get an incredible view of the sunset whilst you swim overlooking the rice fields. The breakfast was also great, lots of choice, freshly prepared food and super clean! Although a walk away from old town, the hotel has a free shuttle and provides free bicycles. The staff were so lovely and helpful, they got us extra pillows on request, set up the hotel computer for us and gave us a goodbye gift for our extended stay and a free airport transfer. Incredible stay, amazing service and one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in, at such a reasonable price - highly recommend!

Stunning views, sunset from the pool side is a masterpiece! Staff very friendly and warm free bike 20 mins to the beach we saw water buffalo's on our way and the farmers in the fields everybody is super friendly. We used the free shuttle to town center 5m total and the night markets are fun. We also used Grab (download the app) in the times that the shuttle didn't suit.

Pool and showers were too warm!! On the hottest days. It's very hard to pick bad points about this place.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Not only is it beautiful, the facilities are excellent, spotlessly clean and the breakfast coffee was amazing. The complementary bikes and shuttle bus mean a stay here is value for money too. I also had a wonderful massage too. I'd highly recommend if youre looking for somewhere peaceful to stay in Hoi An. It's only a 15 minute walk from the old town with plenty of shops and restaurants on the way and directly opposite fields of rice paddies you can cycle.

Nothing! The pool was a bit cold but it was early in the season.

We stayed in family suit. The rooms and the setting was amazing. The suits are not overlooking the rice fields, hence the view from balcony isn't that great. The staff is accommodating, and entire place gives a very cozy feel. Breakfast doesn't have many options and can be improved.

Staff excellent. Nothing too much trouble. Free bikes. Lovely pool. Next to working paddy fields. Nice breakfast.

Location was great, quiet, relaxing, 12min stroll to old quarter restaurants and markets. Stunning views from infinity pool, hotel tours easy to arrange, fishing and farming tour leaves just across the road from the hotel - hopping onto bikes right into the rice field tracks - highly recommend this tour! Foreign exchange of money at reception easy with great exchange rates (better than home in Australia). Great showers. Staff very helpful.

Nice hotel and value for money...great view from the pool over the rice paddies. Located a little out of the centre of hoi an but grab taxis are so cheap it is not a problem. The size of the room and comfort was very good. Breakfast had good choice and quality.

Cleanliness post covid could be better...the room was ok but small things stood out and clearly had not been cleaned or touched for a good while. Maybe I am being a little critical but there are some really good hotels and the small details matter. That said I would stay here again as I enjoyed the views ..it's proximity to the centre and how quiet at night the location was

Room was spacious and clean with a lovely view. Nice bathtub. Free shuttle and bikes, although I didn't get to use the latter because of the rains. Facilities look fairly new. Pool looks great.

Contemporary Vietnamese design. Very clean, spacious rooms with lots of storage. Super comfy beds. Loved the infinity pool with the view over the rice paddies. Environmentally aware. No plastic products. Complimentary filtered water in glass provided daily and bamboo vanity products. Reception staff helpful and friendly. The day trip with Mr. Cu highly recommended by staff. A highlight of our stay!. Fun, informative, active with lots of surprises. Great for families. So much to love about Lasenta. The shuttle service was much appreciated too.

The buffet breakfast was uninspiring. Limited choices. Exactly the same every day, except for the fruit. Maintenance occurred outside our room for 2 days and we were not moved to a room on another floor, although there were many available rooms.

We stayed in the room overlooking the rice paddy fields and it was stunning! Spacious room and bathroom, and the balcony was so beautiful to watch the sunset over. Would recommend and will be staying there again if we visit Hoi An.

A delightful hotel looking over rice fields with a calm and relaxed ambiance. The gorgeous pool provided the perfect place to cool off and laze about while the free bikes gave an easy and fun way to go exploring. Spacious rooms with effective ac that kept us comfortable without blasting air directly at us!

The shuttle bus into town wasn’t running when we were there which we hadn’t realised would be the case. it was going to start up the following week.

Our room was amazing! It was a large room with lovely balcony and excellent facilities. The pool is incredible! Great views and very peaceful. We took bikes out a few times which was really good way to get around. All the staff were very friendly and they helped us book the Memories show (which was really good!). Really good value for money hotel.

very nice hotel, every thing is great, the staff, the rooms, the bedding, the breakfast… even the pool is better than in the pictures. we really enjoyed our stay there ! be aware that is my is approximately 15/20 mins walking to get to Hoi An but the city center si very busy o it is nice to be outside of it ! overall highly recommend !!
