The house was dirty and cockroaches lying everywhere.

Nothing is good with this property, it does not deserve to be on booking.com. These pictures uploaded here are a total opposite of what is in the place. There are cockroaches all over the place. It was raining the whole time we were there. and it was flooding, the water came through the windows while the windows were closed.

Everything is a mess, the place is scary and dirty. it it situated in a very old building which is so scary. The lift was not working on Saturday 11/02/2023 for the whole day, We have to utilise the stairs to get to the 16th floor. The are cockroaches all over the place, I was so embarrassed while I was sited at a bar in a club and a cockroach fell off from my beard. I feel like this whole booking was a daylight robbery. This place is a total mess

Broken windows at the main entrance as this gave wrong impression that the property is not looked after.

Building elevator not functional, had to use that of an adjoining building, which was being used by 3 buildings. It takes about 30 minutes to go up or down. Parking arrangements were terrible. Had to park behind another car, and when going out, we had to contact staff to contact the other occupants, and this process would take at least 30 minutes. A terrible inconvenience. The mat in the living room was very dirty, would not want to step on it with bare feet. Couches were also dirty. Roaches were a nuisance in the apartment. Windows and shower are gathering mold. Not once did we meet the contact person given.

The fact that is closer to spar, beach, police station, hospital and ushaka marine world

Bedding we use it until we check out One toilet paper from Monday to Thursday we bought our toilet paper It was raining the water go through the window we have to clean that water every day 😟🥺

The penthouse is nice

I spoke to Terry a week before I arrived..he said everything is sorted and he was lying! The beds are terrible and uncomfortable.. toilet on the main bedroom was blocked and out of service..the room is full of cocoroaches like they are everywhere in the toaster,fridge ect

The location of the house is not comfortable at all, the building is old, but inside the house was not bad.... No Wi-Fi, furniture is old☹️.

I like everything in the penthouse Sea view , the apartment was clean and Faith was welcoming and caring we will definitely came back again
