Der Empfang war sehr nett, der Kontakt problemlos jederzeit per Mail gegeben. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage (haben wir nicht benutzt), eine Waschmaschine und ein Sonnenschirm und Strandliegen waren vorhanden. Ein Hinweis auf letzteres wäre gut, wir haben das erst relativ spät entdeckt, da wir nicht sofort in alle Ecken und Schränke geschaut haben :-D. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr ruhig, man findet vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz. Zum Strand sind es keine 300 Meter. Man benötigt ein Fahrzeug, um beweglich zu sein für Einkauf und Stadtbummel. Aber dafür ist es dort sehr ruhig - was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Wir schlagen vor, im Schlafzimmer vielleicht Fliegengitter anzubringen oder eine dünne Gardine. Wir haben bei offener Balkontür geschlafen und wurden leider von Mücken geplagt.

Nice small house, very near to Falesia beach - 3mn walking distance. Clean, attractive swimming pool and yard.

Far from Vilamoura ... The road system in south Algarve consist of 2 main road N125 and A22 about 5 to 8 km north of coast: Going eastward along the coast there is about 3 km between the house and the Vilamoura Marina, but if you drive you have to go north to get on N125 and then go-back south ... total 20km, about 25min.

We loved the property itself - it was very relaxing with a beautiful garden and pool. Location was perfect - the villa tucked away in a quiet area with only a 10 min walk to the beach. Maria was the absolute best host - many thanks to you!

Very nice and quiet place just 5 minutes from the cliff and the beach access. We can recommend the house very much. Easy check- in and check- out with no time-limit stress was very helpful.

Nice little house close to the beach. It has grill and swimming pool in the backyard. Fast fiber internet connection if you need to make video calls. Owner of the house is very friendly and helpful.

High humidity (probably because of the season, November) makes it impossible drying clothes. Small electrical water heater is not sufficient if you like longer showers.

whilst compact the apartment was very, very well equipped and had all the amenities you could ask for . It was within 10 minutes walking distance to the Falésia beach that has to be one of the most amazing beaches in the world.

a very minor point but the walls are quite thin and a little noise could be heard from adjoining apartment.

Nice and quiet area, a lovely location and very close to the beach. Was like a home away from home. Everything we needed was available to us. Maria was fantastic, a great host.

Villa perfect for our needs, fully equipped and good easy access to the beach. Only problem with stay was weather was abysmal but villa has enough room to be comfortable during rainstorms

Only item missing was possibly a dryer as torrential rain and not easy to get freshly washed clothes dried but during a normal summer stay this would not be a problem and can understand why there is no heated clothes dryer, the metal stand for outside would cope in normal times, this was absnormal weather even for March.
