Room was ok.

Room wasn’t on main building, doesn’t feel secure. Intercom didn’t work. Toilet barely had space to use the sit. No mirror in the room

Room clean but the breakfast wasn't great. No choice of food as advertised that they serve continental breakfast. Breakfast was't continental as I know of compare to other hotels that have been to.

The staff are friendly and ready to help. Am not at this point have any reason to score the hotel less but am going to try to stay with them one more time before I make decisions of them.

The location is safe, cosy and serene. The room is quite comfortable.

Very old rooms. Not maintenance whatsoever!

Clean and proximity to airport

Despite booking ahead, they had no room for me, and there was no communication. Eventually got me into Annex, with a tiny room and still wanted to charge price for the room i had booked. The staffs were not knowledgeable and so unprofessional. So unlike other Presken hotels, I have stayed. Alot of work needs to be done to keep their standards.
