Location as it is near to MOA and Airport

Equipments are not so clean, TV has no cable for live TV, we inform that dining table has broken legs and dangerous to use but no one came to fix

Easy communication

Place is untidy. Broken doorknob at the terrace. Leaking water faucet in the kitchen. Sofa bed hot broken due to old and low quality. My mum got sick the entire time while in that unit at 7th floor. I think the place needs to be blessed. My sister had a feeling to jump from the terrace. Intentional or not the door knob at the terrace is broken and not replaced. Not safe if there’s a fire. Duvet are not for aircon room so thin.

The place is great for a traveler like me who is on a tight budget. Kitchen and dining utensils are included and free to use. Has a shower heater and washing machine. The guy who assisted me to the unit is nice and also the owner!

Few little cockroaches, pillow on sofabed needs to get washed, and wifi is slow/doesn't work most of the time.

Its close to MOA and its a nice place to stay

Mahirap lang ung parking if may car ka, and super pricy, if malapit ka lang much better na mag taxi na lang.

Worst staycation ever.

We're having a staycation almost once a month and this is the worst so far. 1st - we were informed at 2:00 pm that the ORIGINAL room that we reserved is not yet clean. We arrived at the area early, around 12:30 pm. So, we ate first while waiting. When it's almost 2:00pm, the host mentioned that they were still cleaning the room!!! 2nd - the original reservation was with a balcony. The one we stayed at don't have a view and a balcony! No discount or anything for giving us a room without a balcony! 3rd - Cleanliness- oh my God! The room was super dirty. I moved the bed a little and I saw lots of dirt under the bed! There were peanuts, plastics, etc. 4th - Linen & Blanket - It smells awful!!! 🤮 It's like someone used it for a month! Can't sleep well because of the smell. 5th - countertop - lots of ants everywhere! The room is super dirty!! 6th - we ended up checking out early because of how dirty the room was. 7th - expensive pool entrance. 150/person for regular day and 300/person on holidays. Never again, Sea Residences! I also informed my family and friends about it.
