The whole hotel was absolutely incredible; the staff were courteous and polite, the room was clean, and the view was beautiful. Our first room did have a problem with the vent, so we had to change to another room, but that's not the fault of the hotel at all, and the maintenance person did all he could to fix it. The staff at Hotel Entra went above and beyond (and spoke English!), and I'd absolutely stay there again.

The only thing I'd really suggest is bringing earplugs, because Gangnam is very loud at night -- but that's not the fault of the hotel, that's just part of being in Seoul. Even so, it's something to keep in mind. Nonetheless, I'd stay there again, I had a lovely time.

My room was very small, my window faced a wall, I could very easily hear cars and noises from outside all night, and the fire alarm went off for no reason late at night causing me to have to dress hastily and go down 16 flights of stairs just to be told that it was a malfunction and not an actual fire. Also, their is a big step to get into the stairwell that I tripped over, almost causing me to fall down the stairs. This lip should be labeled to prevent accidents or lawsuits

Staff very rude and doesn't even wanna help with little things like my wife has a surgery and we asked if she can have soft food and they don't wanna do it. No one can understand english. With our lagauge when we arrived no one wants to help not even a welcome. Elevator was flooded and didn't work fir days. Room always dirty. Food very expensive. Staff very unprofession

1) Don’t have simple amenities like shaving kit and box of tissue was not refilled for the entire stay despite it being empty. 2) In-room dining leftover in corridor for 3 days before someone cleared 3) left the room with “make-up room” sign on at 11am, came back room at 9pm to find the newly changed bedsheet dirty, called front desk but they told me their housekeeping stops at 6PM, ask me to change the bedsheet myself… 4) Send my clothes for laundry on Saturday, suppose to deliver on Sunday, but when i called to check, they said laundry is closed on Sunday, and i can only get my laundry on Monday. This information was not given to me when i send in my laundry on Saturday. 5) Bad service, please read their TripAdvisor reviews before proceeding with your booking. I asked for recommendations but the staff told me nothing around, i asked for Airport transfers, but they do not provide as well. I paid total of close to 800,000 won for this stay, it is totally not worth it.
