Great location, walking distance from Rosebank Mall. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine.

There's a building that has been demolished next to the unit and rain water has filled the area so there were some mosquitoes from the standing water and it ruins the view.

The Shower head in the main bathroom needs replacement, and the couch in the lounge was very uncomfortable

- limited internet, after a weekend of Netflix watching (it is still lock-down in SA and you can't do much else) I had no internet access any longer for the remaining 3 days - Balcony had no chair or table to relax - Bathroom and kitchen had wooden floors, which is pretty but not practical, because you are constantly cleaning droplets - flat was not as clean as expected (hairs on the beds, the coach had stains and not sure when those blankets had been washed last time - security wants to ckeck your car and car trunk every time you leave the premises - not enough covid awareness: although it was offered as option that no one enters the flat during my stay of 6 days (high peak covid wave) and although I specifically requested it, they still went in with the excuse of "I don't have covid".
