Good location

I booked a room with a king size bed and got a room with 2 single beds with 2 single mattresses put together. When l checked in l just dropped my bags and went to food so l only realised this issue when l came back to the hotel. I spoke to the reception and she tried to deflect it. Her point was “why didn’t l complain it when l checked in.” She was so unwilling to provide a solution. I raised the issue with the new person at the reception the next morning and he provided solutions. He even helped me to carry my bags at check out

Was advised by staff to book parking due to the area, reasonable cost for a secure parking spot, peace of mind is always good

Reception staff to slow to book in. $500 deposit and takes nearly 2 weeks to get back. No mention of such a large deposit when booking. Not worth the money.

The hotel bed is comfy and the room is clean. Location wise it is quite centralised and there is not much to complain. It is near the train station.
