Slightly more space in room compared to other APAs

I could literally hear people's footsteps outside. And the bathroom foset was broken.

The location was great, in Kabukicho, center of Shinjuku

The staff wasn’t nice, they didn’t help us with anything. Even when we needed help with talking Japanese with a restaurant in order to reserve a table - they told us they don’t do these kind of stuff…

Location. Rooms are the usual APA standard with a good bed and pillows, lots of amenities. Curtains can really block a lot of light out to help with sleeping.

It's usable, however the internet connection is surprisingly slow, experience was the same with wifi and LAN.

the are susch a racist people, we Stayed there for 2 nights the day of checking out we ask for a cab to be called for us then they refused us becouse we are not japanise.

Good location and very clean. Lots of shops nearby. Overall good value for money.

Rooms very small, also only one lift and somewhat noisy at night.

Cannot recommend except if it's only option available. Room was definitely not properly clean from previous stay. Sheets were visibly dirty, dusty corners, room smelled horribly (had to get a smoker room as was only available - would expect some smell, but the windows had clearly not even been opened). Internet barely worked, worked for a few minutes, stopped working for another few minutes - rinse and repeat throughout the whole stay. The room was ready for an early check-in, but you get charged extra if you want to enter earlier than 3pm (fine, but never seen that anywhere else, extremely cheap attitude). Nowhere to hang or store clothes. Room was small, which is fine, but the TV (which was on every time I got into the room) would display this ad selling themselves as a "green" hotel, so conscious with the environment that they made the rooms small *specifically* to reduce energy waste. It's ridiculous to feed guests such propaganda.

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Would I stay again? I'm not sure.

The room was very cold, super noisy outside. Although the bed was comfortable, the pillows were not.

soo expensive for what it offers. It’s in the middle of a dodgy place, the room is tinny and so dirty. the toilet is literally like airplane toilets. hated my 3 nights here and paid over 100,000 yen yuck do not recommend. There’s hookers leaving the rooms with older men soo grubby

Conveniently located in Shinjuku if you don't mind a ten minute walk through kabukicho to get to the JR station. Amenities were quite good in general, happy with the stay!

The room itself had trouble fitting two large suitcases, making it feel a little cramped (still alright to move about in) - only one elevator and no way to use the stairs meant waiting quite a bit for it.
