La localización es perfecta. El apartamento es amplio, limpio y muy tranquilo.
A pesar de estar limpio vi cucarachas pequeñas. Tiene bastantes detalles que deberían mirar como paredes descorchadas y suelo de tarima levantado. El dueño hace referencia a que no esperes un hotel de lujo pero la limpieza y el mantenimiento son mínimos en cualquier lugar. Si vas a un McDonald’s tienes menor precio pero la limpieza y la higiene son estrictas igual. No hay enchufe en el baño lo que hace complicado para las mujeres secarse el pelo. Solo con arreglar eso ya sería perfecto porque de resto esta genial y mas con ese precio.

Great location, clean unit ,host responded or sent someone very promptly when questions were raised.
No duvet/ blanket on second bed in living room , would have been nice to have a little couch to watch tv where it was located in living area .
There were curtains broken so very bright when going to bed and got woken up early due to bright sun .

The apartment was in a good location.
The air conditioning didn’t work very well at all. The television didn’t work and there was no job to cook on.

One toilet share of 6 persons.
No mirror in the bedroom or main hall.

The cleanliness and the property space
The host was not responding for things on time. We had escalated that the shower is not coming properly but they dint fix it at all … we just managed with that shower only and it was very much time consuming for us to bath as the water flow was really not good. And TV was not operating at the properly. After raising the request they reverted back on the day but one of our end of trip which dint add any value at that point of time

The studio room is big enough for a small family with 2 kids to stay.
No car park. Last minute arrange overnight car park takes years to get it done.
A lot of Pakistani or Indians residence including security guards. Doesn't mean to be racist. But it seems we're the only Chinese family during the whole stay.
Poor lift maintenance.
So difficult to get an overnight carpark in the basement. The lift going up to the lobby / room is not working.

This property is located at a prime location and at a walkable distance from Twin Towers and KLCC. The apartment was neat and clean. We had our 3 year old daughter with us hence we needed some basic cookware that was available in the apartment. There are so many food options near the property. It's just amazing. There is a water dispenser and thats a life saviour. The host is gracious and prompt to reply to messages. Overall I had a very great stay and I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Everything was perfect.....i love the apartment.......cozy...big...simple... Washing machine n wifi.....is a wow.....not only tat tv channel , utube channel which i can search for food hunting.....
Just a min walk below to the malay street food... Rendang ayam yummy..... The lift lobby very fast...

location not bad and very spacious
There was a cockroach coming out of the cupboard, also there was no blanket provided in the second bed, no toothpaste/toothbrush, no slippers provided. The TV could not be turned on despite pointing the remote in a very close distance.
The mailbox where the key was stored was faulty, informed the owner the message was ignored.

Great location. Close to KLCC and room with the view of KL Tower. Building with beautiful view from pool.
It would be better if the toilet is outside, not in master bedroom, so 2 rooms can share comfortably (3 adults). ( But If you are couple with 2 kids, then this would be great)

I like most in this property being near to the twin towers and the owner is well organize and very helpful

Like the view, got water fillter, have extra bed and easy check in and out
Slide door for room are not my thing, need privacy. My bathroom floor block, glad there another drain on sink side. Swimming pool too small, not the same as review.

Not clean at all I saw too many cockroaches 🪳.. and also the internet 🛜 not working there . Tv also so many problems regret that
