The view from the lounge room was fantastic. The accommodation was good.
Large beds in both bedrooms . The bathroom was renovated and new.
There were no fans in both bedrooms...it was very warm at night and uncomfortable to sleep .
The dishwasher was not working from day one. We stayed there for 5 days and contacted the property manager by email , txt, and phone every day to inform them the dishwasher was not working. This was still not fixed until the day we left on day 5.
When you are on holiday, the last thing you want to do is wash dishes by hand every single day. We paid for a room with a dishwasher, and you should get one that works. Even after complaining for 5 days, this was not fixed... extremely poor customer service from property managers who pride themselves to having 15 years experience... there was no courtesy email or txt message to apologise. The only time we received an email from the property manager was to provide instructions on what to do before leaving the premises on the last day.

The only thing that disappointed me was the photos indicated a private spa on balcony which we were looking forward to as we were going swimming however there was no spa.

Entry to the residence area was slightly hard to spot, especially at night, but easily accessible overall.

The living area & kitchen overlooking the alps. Kitchen facility is complete & the owner made sure there is everything. The hot tub was superb. Living area is so cozy. There is a BBQ stove too.

Unit 24. The view was wonderful. TVs in the bedroom as well as lounge. The towels were of good quality.
Unit 24. The beds were very bad. I had a bad back ache every morning. The stairs were extremely steep, the toilet was very small and the door did not close. My daughter sneezed a lot in the lounge meaning that it was a dusty area probably due to the high pile rug. The code to enter was sent an hour before entry - very late when you are travelling and may not have wifi available to access it- night before would have been a lot better.

Great location, very clean and tidy. It felt welcoming when we arrived which was nice. Also liked not having to use a key, the keypad made it easy.
Honestly it was great, if anything just the tap in the bathroom sink was a bit stiff, really only saying that in case owners aren’t aware

The best accommodation in queenstown. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Queenstown with family or friends. The view was absolutely breathtaking!!! I have never seen such a beautiful view with so much private space as well. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. It was such a cosy accommodation, with heaters and a beautiful view with comfortable bedding and such a spacious outdoor area just for yourself. We first stayed in the villa, which faced the mountains and lake directly! And then we stayed in the townhouse which had a private jacuzzi! The jacuzzi was such a highlight, I’ve never seen places that have a jacuzzi which fits easily 4-5 adults at one time. The location is also only a 2 minute drive to the town centre. The host mala, was very lovely we were able to meet her as well. Will definitely stay again.
There should have been some breakfast options available for such a beautiful property. They provide absolutely everything including a beautiful view, comfortable beds and space, location etc maybe having options to add breakfast would be nice!

The photos don't do this property justice. Well set-up, lots of little extras to make your stay really pleasant, amazing views.
The only little gripe was the pillows not being firm enough and all being the same softness so not able to find one that was right.

It was a gorgeous townhouse with a beautiful view of the Lake Wakatipu. 5 mins away from town if you are driving by a car but if you love to walk and enjoy the view, that would probably take about 10-15mins or depends since the hill is pretty steep. It would be a great playground for a marathoner tho.
Access to the house was easy. An outdoor sitting area and a bbq pit are on the ground floor and a small area at the balcony to enjoy fine wine overlooking the lake.
The house was warm when we came in, clean, fully equiped kitchen if you want to showcase your cooking skills to your love ones or if you can't stand queuing up for Fergs Burger. Two good size rooms, sharing toilet and a bathroom with a standby body wash and shampoo. It was a good relaxing holiday. We would definitely come back but this time with a private spa.
