Excellent apartment clean and very comfortable and great location.
Nothing I didnt like
5.0
Clean, well appointed and reasonable location
The bed was essentially a mattress on the floor of a mezzanine level. The ceiling of the bedroom was about 5 feet above the floor on which the mattress sits, so you couldn't stand up at the side of the bed. To get into bed you had to crawl across from the foot of the bed. Very poor design.

Good location, good size and clean.
4 girls stayed for 3 nights, two of the mornings after 2 girls had showered there was then no hot water for a long time. However the team quickly resolved this and sent us to another apartment to use the shower, but when paying the money we did pay for an apartment of 4, the hot water should always be available for 4 people.

We were sent an email/text with our code. Which was our mobile number. (Easy to remember!) Location was awesome. Good sized apartment. Bathroom was spacious. Handy having a washing machine to use while traveling. Very modern. Quiet building.
Honestly couldn’t fault the property.

Amazing location.
Beautiful loft apartments.
Very clean and well equipped.
Management very responsive.
Handy luggage storage when checked out.
Although warned the mezzanine style bed was quite hard to get into - we are in our 50’s! however great use of space and fun.

The apartment is at an amazing location near the Edinburgh Castle and accessible by public transport (at least for able bodied people with not too much luggage). It's fully equipped and pleasant, with a cozy loft sleeping area and a huge sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked (including tea and coffee supplies) and one can cook for all meals if they want to. I was impressed by the high quality Siemens oven and stove. The smart locks on the doors make going in and out very simple. It was just what our family of 3 adults needed to enjoy our pre Christmas vacation. I would recommend it as a great place to stay in Edinburgh for a family or small group.
We visited during the coldest part of the year and the built in heating didn't work. It was replaced by electric space heaters but when we arrived the apartment was freezing cold. It took about 12 hours to turn nicely warm, and we had to keep the bathroom door open to warm it up.
Also, just after we arrived, and past the regular check-in time, a member of personnel entered without knocking or announcing themselves and gave us a fright. They apologized and they really were a non threatening presence anyway, but they really didn't seem to think it was a big deal; our privacy was violated and I expected them to recognize it.

Immaculate property in a great position
The security. There was no lock on the inside of the apartment and on 3 occasions staff “accidentally” just entered our property.

perfect location. clean and tidy. well equipped.
the bedroom was efficient on space but it was hard to move around the bedroom. limited access and room to maneuver.

it was immaculately clean, quiet and has all the facilities one could require . Amazing architecture and close to Castle and Holyrood palace
stairs were a little challenging with cases but the superior apartment was well worth it .

the layout of the apartment was unique and very spacious.
the connection for the tv was poor, we couldn’t get Netflix to stay on as it kept going back to normal tv within seconds of putting a film on. We couldn’t cook anything due to the location of the heat sensor in the kitchen, when we opened the oven door it would set the fire alarm off. We had the extractor fan on and this didn’t seem to help.

it was clean, nicely done with everything you need
nothing to dislike

the location is amazing
the apartment was tiny, claims two bedroom but actually a very small loft. the beds we tiny and the bathroom did not have enough ventilation this advised to keep the door closed to avoid setting off the smoke alarm. definitely lovely for a couple but not a family of 5

I liked that the apartment was spacious and that there was a washing mashine, cooker and hoover.
Apartment and it’s amnesties were great but its downfall was the lack of heating during the day.Radiators stayed cold even tho they were turn on.It could help if they were on for 1-2 hours during the day especially on those rainy days.Nights were ok as radiators seemed to be on

Beautiful clean apartment right in the centre of everything, just off the royal mile. Loved the use of free Molton brown products in the bathroom.
Would have liked a better spot to dry hair/do make up as plug sockets where too far from mirrors but that’s being fussy.

it was spotlessly clean. location was fab. nice toiletries, luxurious feel
bed was on mezzanine which was cool but had to be careful not to bang head when getting up and careful going downstairs to toilet in middle of night

Great location. Great modern apartment. Clean.
Other guests who constantly slam apartment doors. You need a sign on both sides of the door saying: RESPECT OTHER GUESTS BY CLOSING DOOR QUIETLY. It may help.
