What a wonderful property! This was our second time staying here, and we had another incredible visit. The home is gorgeous, the location couldn’t be better, and the hosts are so kind and welcoming. We will certainly be back!

This property is lovely and the owners are wonderful. We had a medical emergency while there and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The location is perfect, right by the beach and just a couple blocks from the restaurants and shops. It is a great place to stay in Long Beach.

While attending a conference in Anaheim I chose to stay at this beautiful property. It was everything I could have asked for. The hosts were accommodating and friendly and respected privacy. The property itself was beautiful and easy walk to the beach and to 2nd Street. The beds were comfortable overall loved the place and area and will be back.

My friends and I had the most relaxing and wonderful time at Ron’s home! We cooked most meals in and had everything we could want for cooking in the beautiful kitchen! The rooftop patio had the best view and we enjoyed many hours up there enjoying the fireplace! Highly recommend Ron’s place!

Ron and Kathy were extremely gracious and accommodating and their rental was lovely and had everything we needed for a luxurious vacation. The views from almost every room were stunning and the ocean view from the rooftop seating area gave us breathtaking sunrises paradisesunsets. The property is 1 block from the beach (and anything you need for a day at the beach, Ron and Kathy have), and 5 blocks from the 2nd Street shopping and dining district. The place had a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances and every amenity you could ask for. Clean towels, linens ... you name it, this place had it. Location was also big for us. This rental is 22 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 25 minutes from Disneyland, 20 minutes from Knotts Berry Farm, and approximately 50 minutes from Six Flags and Universal Studios Hollywood. There is also parking behind the property which was a plus. Lastly, what would a vacation be without a dog? Walter is a sweet boy and we enjoyed seeing his happy face and wagging tail each day. We would definitely come back!

Property was gorgeous, very clean and meticulously kept. Kathy and Ron were great hosts and easy to communicate with. Even Sir Walter, the dog, was welcoming! Would definitely stay again!

Great location near the beach little store just around the corner! Hostess was awesome made us feel welcome as soon as we showed up.

Our family of had wonderful stay at this home. It is clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. The roof deck is a wonderful place to relax in the evening and everything was very comfortable. Walk to the beach or to 2nd street for food and shops. We felt right at home and would definitely stay again, even our teenagers loved it!

Ron and Kathy's home is beeeautiful and they are so nice! Communication was easy. Ron and Kathy were friendly and helpful. The whole place has great light and views. The rooftop is a great place to relax, perfect for mornings and a great place for a glass of wine by the fireplace at night. The bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. The master bedroom and en suite bathroom is to die for! Felt like coming home every evening. Ron and Kathy also provided beach toys, chairs, towels, and blankets for use. My children loved it! Besides simply walking across the street to the beach, there are so many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and entertaining areas near by. Also,Kathy has a lovely garden! I promise anyone would love staying here. I will definitely stay here again!

I booked this property for my immediate and extended family members to vacation after my daughters' wedding, and it was the BEST. The property is perfectly located, and the apartment is beautiful. We used it as a home base for other family staying in a nearby VRBO home, and everyone was so impressed! We spent tons of time on the beautiful rooftop patio, which easily accommodated all of us. We had an incredible week largely because this spot was SO perfect. Thanks to Ron for being so kind and generous as well.

What a find, this is the most amazing property, everything was perfect. Beach, restaurants, shops and the Bay only moments away. Ron and Kathy were so welcoming along with their lovely doggie, they went above and beyond what was expected. Would go back in a heatbeat.

The beach was ridiculously close with a bay nearby as well for smaller children to enjoy. The rooftop deck was amazing with beautiful views all the way around and plenty of space for everybody to relax! The bedrooms were spacious and loved the jetted tub in the master. Will certainly be booking this perfect vacation home again!

This was a beautiful home. The kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes and laundry supplies we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The house even had beach chairs and beach towels that we were able to use, which came in handy since the beach is less than a block away from the house. We would strongly recommend this place to others.
