This was our second time staying here and we were once again impressed. It is a great property for family - especially if they’re visiting their child at the University! We would definitely book again!

This property was lovely and updated. Nice linens. Had everything we could want. Located in a neighborhood with many tasty restaurants to try. Shopping is within walking distance as is the beach. 10/10 would stay here again.

This property was very clean, very cute, and very small. Pros: clean, cute, close to the beach, well stocked, comfy beds, great washer/dryer set, beach toys, heaters, clean again. Cons: Size-The second bathroom was TINY. My husband (300#) literally couldn't fit. The kitchen was also very small. There was barely enough room for one person to be in there. There also wasn't enough dining chairs for our whole party (6). Not child friendly: I wouldn't recommend this property for families with little kids. The dishes were on a shelving unit in the kitchen, right at kids' heights, and most of them were breakable. Location: The beach was nice, but not quite as nice as say, Huntington Beach. We walked down there and it had just recently been cleaned by the parks people, so it was pretty clean, but there was still a bit of garbage. That's not the fault of the property owner, but useful info nonetheless. The smell: My only real complaint was the smell. The property had a very strong fabric softener smell. There could be way worse smells, but it was very strong. Overall, I don't think I'd go back, mostly just because the location wasn't my cup of tea. However, I still give it 5 stars.

Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in a cute neighborhood just 2 blocks from the beach. Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Sandra is a great host.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. It was as advertised, exceptionally clean, and in a great location. The furniture and the bed were very comfortable. Property is well appointed with all the basics you need. The single parking space was a bonus as well. Susana was very responsive on inquiries. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay for a trip to Long Beach. Cute neighborhood, 5 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to 2nd Street restaurants, and easy uber to the main downtown area. We were in town for the weekend, and it was a great space to share for 5 people. Highly recommend!

Good location to shops and beach!

The property was as pictured and described. We were a family of 5 and could all fit on the extra comfy couch. It's nested in a quiet, safe neighborhood with ample street parking (in addition to an assigned parking spot). The heaters in the bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We had the best time staying here before our cruise out of Long Beach. The location is perfect. Walking distance to stores, food, and the beach. The neighborhood is quaint and you feel safe walking down the street. The beds were comfortable and the living space was just enough for 6 adults. Highly recommended and we will definitely return for future trips out of this port. The hosts were very communicative when we had a question.

Close to the beach and many other attractions. Comfortable and spacious for our family group. Clean and cozy.

Getting into the 3 bedroom property was straight forward. Plenty of air conditioning, beds, televisions , and fully stocked home. Really a great home base to golf all weekend. The beach two blocks away with its great environment was a great benefit !

The house itself was great! Very clean, and had all the amenities that you would need in a beach house. We could have used some additional cookware, but overall we made it work. Kitchen is a little small, if I'm being picky, but we had a great visit nonetheless! Property owners were quick to respond and great gave checkin/out instructions and we had a great visit. The Long Beach area was a little disappointing as was the cleanliness of the actual beach- it felt unswimmable so we probably won't stay in this area again. However none of that is the responsibility of the property owners. It was a great location, close to the airport, and drivable to other beaches. Thank you!

The property was immaculate, the location was perfect. We were able to walk to dinner and walk to the beach. The neighborhood was charming and super quiet. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back next time we are in the Long Beach area. Our host was so responsive!

This property is very clean and cozy. Beds and furniture were comfortable. One of the bathrooms is very small, but functional. Neither of the bathrooms are en-suite if that matters to you. The apartment is upstairs above a garage, so you will need to be able to climb the stairs. The kitchen is small but has the appliances you need. My one complaint is a lack of things you need to actually cook if you want to. There were a few pots and pans but no fry pan you would want to actually use, no mixing bowls, no spatula. It was a challenge to make much there. If that does not matter to you then this is a super clean, comfy apartment in a convenient location to see Long Beach.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Belmont Heights property. Great location, easy walk to the beach and having your own parking spot was a plus. The home was nicely remodeled and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Susana was wonderful at communicating the steps for checking into and locating the home. The house was well cleaned and the beds were comfortable. 5 star VRBO! Will stay there again. Regards

Wonderful property, very updated, clean, and with enough beds and bathrooms for 5 women! Loved the neighborhood also! Very quiet! Would definitely book again!

This place is spectacular! Emasculate and organized- with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is perfect for almost any sized family. The beds are super comfy. A cozy beach house theme makes this place so inviting. The bathrooms were stocked with all amenities one would need -, shampoos body wash etc. the kitchen was very clean and had everything you need to cook up a meal. Coffee maker and coffee on site as well! Within walking to the 2nd street strip but away from all the noise ! Perfectly tucked away in a peaceful quiet neighborhood and parking available for one car! Susanne was an absolute pleasure to work with! We plan on staying there again and again and again! Highly recommend!
