Location is inside of heart of Fatih, spectacular embarrassing place, were you can't go through the street because of the crowd of merchants. Metro station is 10 mins walk. Wi-Fi worked, not fast, but good. Breakfast is ok.

Bathroom was not clean enough

It’s better to have “do not disturb” plates. Housekeeping staff was knocking the door every day. One day they even used anti-insects chemicals in my room when I was there, I couldn’t refuse from it.

Refregeratur work but its door not closed. Telephon dont work. Room is small for 3 person.

They won't accept credit card for rental and only cash. The room is too small, no chair to sit down to do work on a small table. Bed is too soft. There is no hot water in the bathroom. There is no room for hot water boiler to make hot water for coffee or tea. Door lock is working but tge security chain or device is not installed correctly to work. Staff doesn't speak English.

I stayed this hotel but unfortunately I didn’t like it. I heart prostitute from everywhere. It is not good hotel. Won’t stay at there.

Avoid at all costs, booked due to price and locality however did not honour booking within 2 hours of check in leaving me to find alternative accommodation at a higher price with limited options on availability not reliable at all no English speaking either save your money and hassle. This is a hotel situated in a well developed part of Istanbul. The place is surrounded with super store and shops so shopping will be aso easy. Transportation works (Train, Buses, Taxis) The members of staff are so friendly and patient even when they do not hear your language and you theirs. Security very good with Police stopping by frequently. Elevator great, breakfast consistent, room keeping awesome

Hot water! Only had one satisfying hot water bath once in 8 days. Most times it's not so hot. Then some times it's just ordinary tap temperature. I found it impossible to get a working TV channel so did not watch any TV through out. I didn't have time but if a family comes kids should do cartoon.

While this hotel is not located in the normal tourist area, there are two sit-outside dining precincts within five minutes in either direction, and the breakfast at the hotel sets you up for the day. The hotel itself is clean and well run, with the owner, Haken, being a friendly presence behind the reception desk. He went out of his way to provide public transport and other information that I was having trouble negotiating because of my language difficulties.

It was much difficult to find that hotel and I had my luggage with me taxi driver charged me One hundred Lira from Bus station and did not drop me in front of hotel. When I arrived there firstly owner denied to give me hotel but when I insisted he was ready to give me room.

I was able to enjoy more in this hotel because one of the main personnel there had a good command of the mother tongue and it was very interesting for me.
